Description of Work: I was looking for a reliable house cleaner here on Angie's List and saw that Emily's had an A. I decided to give them a call. They did not answer and so I left a voicemail. I called back again and no answer. The next day I called once more and left another voicemail. I decided to wait a couple of days and see if I heard anything back. It's been about two weeks and still nothing. I find this to be incredibly rude and will definitely not be calling them back.

Description of Work: The cleaners were 37 minutes late when they called to tell me they would be 40 minutes later. They didn't clean the kitchen windows or cabinets as requested. They remained greasy and grimy. It happened that my vacuum was out and they used it instead of their own equipment. I paid too much for what I received. Will never call again!

+ 0 moreThey are very nice people and they do a good job. I have found a few things in the corners, but I haven't told them about that yet. They were on time for the estimate and the first cleaning, but they were 15 minutes late for the second cleaning. They are not expensive cleaners. They charged less than my old house cleaner, spent more time cleaning and did a better job.
Description of Work: The couple that came was Juan and Estella. They cleaned the house including the cobwebs on the ceilings, the floors and washing windows.

They were thorough and detailed and gave high quality service for a very low price. We have hired them to clean a rental condo between tenants and will contract them for continuing housecleaning service for our home. You really can't go wrong with this service.
Description of Work: I needed an thorough cleaning of my house for a large party. Juan and his crew cleaned every inch of my house, including ceilings, floor boards, nooks and crannies in bathrooms and kitchens.

I was immediately called back and scheduled a meeting with them, for that day for a free estimate. They arrived at the premises really early and gave me a fair and acceptable estimate. The next morning, Mr Chavez and his team were at my property ready to get started. I was extremely pleased with the end result. Their graciousness, professionalism, honesty and humbleness, is second to none. I would definitely use them again and again, in the near future. He is highly recommended by myself indeed!
Description of Work: Mr. Chavez cleaned out a property, that had been abandoned by a previous tenant. He and his team cleaned the house from top to bottom, stove, refrigerator, windows, bathroom, kitchen, virtually everything, including floors, carpet and all cabinets.

He was very courteous if not a little too talkative, but the house looked really clean. We thought he was very neat and responded well to our questions. We noted that he charged extra for doing windows but we decided not to do them at this time.
Description of Work: The housekeeper dusted the floorboards, mopped, waxed, vacuumed and straightened our 1200 square foot home. We do not have a service contract with them and they came only once.
