I hired Emily's Housecleaning and I have been very pleased. They are very reliable, and do an excellent job. I have a 2-story house with 4 bedrooms and I am always pleased with their work. Their price is also very reasonable.

They were excellent. They are now coming weekly and the fee is $80 a week. They cleaned the house from top to bottom. They cleaned all the vents, light fixtures and everything else. They are very responsible people.

Emily's Housecleaning has been cleaning our home since late October/early November of 2011. They come every two weeks and clean on the main level of our home, except for one additional upstairs bathroom. They are polite, gracious, fast workers, and we've been happy with the results. They always show up on time or call with any changes. Because of some family allergy and asthma problems, I asked if they could use my vacuum cleaner with a special filter instead of using theirs, and they were happy to comply. If there are dirty dishes, they wash them, if beds need to be made, they make them. I like how they go back through, after all the mopping and cleaning is done, and sweep all the wood and tile floors thoroughly one more time. I would recommend their cleaning services.

They were good. My interaction with them was great. They did what they promised to do. They came on time. I would use them again in the future.

Since my office is in my home and I was caring for an elderly parent at the time, and we basically had to be gone while they were cleaning, we often had to reschedule, and they were sensitive and flexible with this. Never knew for sure who was coming -- sometimes 2-3 generations, sometimes a major language barrier.

Juan was very responsive in coming to the house for an estimate for a move-out cleaning. We walked through the house and discussed the types of cleaning that was to be performed. Juan was very friendly and professional and I had felt comfortable letting his company clean my house. Unfortunately, the excellent service I received with getting a quote didn't quite measure up on execution. The cleaners were suppose to take 4 hours to do the job, but left much earlier than estimated (I verified this by stopping by the house at lunch & then arriving 45 minutes before estimated completion to drop off the check - they had left by that time). I wouldn't hold that against them except they missed a number of areas around the house - the ceiling fans weren't dusted, the oven wasn't cleaned, and the general dusting was spotty at best. It was not in a condition that I felt comfortable turning over to my landlord - I've had some that were really be uptight. Fortunately, my landlord didn't really give things an intense look over so it didn't matter much in the end. I wish I could give Emily's a higher rating because Juan was a really nice guy. I really hope my experience was an exception, but if not, I hope he can work on the quality of his crew.

I was given a time of 10:30 a.m. but when they didn't show, I called and was told they would arrive at 1:45 p.m. I think they arrived around that time and it took the three hours they estimated. I was at work with my close neighbor keeping an eye out for their arrival and giving them their check. The work was done as expected with only a few minor items not completed as I had hoped. I definitely got my money's worth and would only suggest making an itemized list of what you need done. Overall they did an amazing job! My floors have never been cleaner! The windows look great for being cleaned on a dreary rainy day. Their price is very fair and a big thanks to Angie's List for information on this company!

They are amazing people, I don't know how they do everything they do in the time they do it! I have had housecleaners for years and none come close to the work they did! They are very kind and gentle and humble. They were able to clean my entire house in an hour, and we made sure to check everything with a fine-toothed comb, and the cleaning job was impeccable! I will certainly be hiring them again, I cannot speak highly enough about them!

Juan and his family did a fairly good job cleaning. They were very friendly, asked me about any preferences for supplies and certain things I wanted done. I was very happy with the service and was looking forward to having them as a regular team! However, communication and scheduling was a big issue. I asked to set up a monthly clean, but they came back two weeks later. I work from home and happened to be in the middle of a conference call, so this was a bit disruptive. We worked it out and they were going to come by two weeks later. They did not show on the scheduled day, so I called and asked Juan about it. He said they would come the next day. This second clean went well, and we scheduled for them to return 4 weeks later. I received a message from Juan asking me to call him about three weeks after this, but when I called him back he let me know that he must have called me by mistake and mixed up someone else's phone number. I verified that we were still on schedule for the next week, and he said yes. Unfortunately, they did not show up the next week for the cleaning, and I did not call them to reschedule it. I was disappointed, because they did a good job for a fair price, and I was looking forward to having them in my home!

Juan and his crew showed up on schedule and cleaned the entire house in under 2 hours. Best cleaning the house has had in a while. I'm going to schedule him to come back on a regular basis until I sell the house.

My husband and I were expecting company in a week and because I had been very sick and had just recently gotten out of the hospital I needed help. You can imagine how dirty my house was. I was ashamed of the way it looked and was almost too ashamed to even have a cleaning crew in to see it. However, with company coming I had no option. I checked out Angie's List and found Emily's Housecleaning. My phone call to request a quote was returned promptly and a time for their inspection was arranged. They arrived on time, and provided me with a quote. I felt that their price was more than fair so we set up a time for them to clean. At the appointed time three individuals arrived and started cleaning. Unfortunately, they had a great deal of hard work to do because my house was such a mess. Not once did they make me feel badly about "MY MESSY HOUSE". They all worked very hard from the moment they walked through the door until they had cleaned my house from top to bottom. They preformed like a well rehearsed team and I was amazed how quickly they had my "MESS" turned into a clean and pleasant smelling haven. Because of the hard work done by Emily's Housecleaning crew my husband and I could relax before our company came and not wear ourselves out cleaning and fretting over chores!!! THANKS for an EXCELLENT JOB Emily's Housecleaning!!!! I will have them back on a regular basis.

Juan and his family are very friendly and do an outstanding job. We had another company before them who took things for granted because they were so large. Emily's Housecleaning has been great and I would recommend them to all. There customer service has been exemplary (thats hard to find these days).

Vacuuming was completed thoroughly, ceiling fans were cleaned, dishes washed. They arrived on time and left thehouse secure.

Did a great job, but unhappy about two items. I asked they take down the window sheers and shake them out (dusty) and rehang them. However, the painter had not yet put them back up, so they were laying on the floor. The cleaners only picked them up and piled them up on a shelf in the garage, and they got a little dirty. I also asked them to sweep behind and under the washer and dryer. I guessed they decided they couldn't move the appliances out from the wall. I think they tried to wipe up the dust with paper towels, as I found a number of paper towels behind the washer on the floor. So-so job on that part.

Emily has 2 people with her and they do not charge by the hour, but charge by the day. I like her services and will use the same in future.

Juan and Estela came to the house June 2, 2011 to give me an estimate on a complete house cleaning, top to bottom. For $120.00 they would dust all the blinds, sweep in all the corners, clean all light fixtures and mirrors, scrub kitchen and bathrooms, wipe all cabinets down, vacuum and wash all floors. They came yesterday and three of them completed the work in 2 1/2 hours. They bring their own supplies. The house has never looked as good as it does now. My husband commented that he'd never seen the mirrors look so clean! I'm going to have them come back on a weekly basis for general, light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, and mopping floors) for $85.00. They are great! Juan called when he was going to be just ten minutes late. Very professional couple. They do all the work themselves, even used extended family members.

They are pretty thorough. They can come any time they want to on their given day because I?m not here, so punctuality isn?t an issue. When I get home, the house has obviously been cleaned up.

They have been good so far. They had really good reviews, their price wasn?t high, and they don?t subcontract, so I decided to use them. The first time they came it was $125 for the whole house, and now they are charging $85. They are always on time, they are polite and cordial, and they work really hard and get it all done. I like that they provide a free quote and that they don?t subcontract their work.

Juan, Estella and their family are the greatest! We are so happy we found them. We have used them for over a year and they are honest, reliable and consistent. I would trust them around valuables, children, pets or anything else. They understand what it means to make the home "clean" and I have never had to ask them to do anything they have missed. I will use them as long as they are around and recommend that you use them too.

They were great. They have not been out for the last few weeks, but that is because I asked them not to. I would probably have them come back again, but I don?t need them right now. I spend $100 a time for the cleaning. I like them, they know their way around. I would recommend them to other members.

They're punctual for each cleaning and complete the work professionally. They provide high quality work at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend them.
