Description of Work: Emily's did a super job for us. They were very prompt; Juan and all his crew were extremely courteous and professional; results were very satisfactory. I also greatly appreciate that we were able to postpone and reschedule our service on just a day's notice (due to our own issues getting the rental house cleared out). I would highly recommend Emily's to anyone.

Description of Work: They did a deep clean the first time they came. We liked their service so much that we now have them come bi-weekly. Great local service!

Description of Work: I hired them to clean the common areas of our home including two living areas, the kitchen, plus two bathrooms. The wood floors and carpeting in the house did not need to be cleaned (had them professionally cleaned two days earlier) but the travertine tile in the kitchen needed cleaning. I made an appointment for them to come and look at the work on the Monday before then scheduled Friday @ 10AM cleaning. When Jose came on Monday, he told me they could not get there until 4PM on Friday. At that point, I was pretty much unable to make any changes, so I accepted the time. In fact, they did not arrive until 4:45 and even then only after I called them at 4:15 to find out where they were. Their work was good enough, but I can't abide by providers who schedule work and then claim they need to reschedule after receiving a commitment from a customer... and then be 45 minutes late of the delayed start time even after they knew very well I had planned for it to be completed by noon.

Description of Work: The first time the house looked great- met my expectations. I was very pleased. The next time minor details were missed- rugs were wet- I contacted them asked to correct for the next clean. The third clean small items were not dusted, cobwebs left in corners, and an item was broken. I contacted them, they reimbursed me for my item. The final clean they broke another item, and the same issues occurred again. I discontinued the service.

Description of Work: I met with Juan and his wife about 2 weeks ago. We agreed to a price and a date. I left a message with Juan to confirm the appointment the morning of the cleaning. He later left a message saying that he thought the appointment was 1 hour later. It did not matter because he and his team never showed! I had seen a review from someone who said he never showed for their appointment either. Apparently, this was not a fluke.

Description of Work: Juan and Estela came and cleaned my home so thoroughly and beautifully. I have been ill for an extensive period of time, and my home really showed it. They wanted to do a thorough cleaning the first time, and they did just that - cleaning all areas. The entire job was just done beautifully. My floors shone, my furniture shone and they were so kind and professional throughout their time here. I was entirely comfortable having them in my home. I have been thrilled with my clean home ever since they were here, and am planning on having them come regularly to keep it clean. Those normal cleanings will be for a lesser charge. I would highly recommend this cleaning service to anyone.
