+ -1 moreMr. Eldridge was very prompt and was able to come the same day I called the first time was very prompt. He tried to resolve the problem by cleaning the condenser which is the most likely cause. When that didn't fix the problem his diagnostic showed the freon filter was not working right and he replaced it. He is very knowledgeable and worked very efficiently . It was obvious that he is a very experience pro
Description of Work: Our sub zero refrigerator was not cooling as it should on the fresh food side and initially mr Eldridge cleaned the condenser and said if that did not solve it to call. It didn't so come back and replaced the freon filter which has the refrigerator running like new

Description of Work: Called this firm when my refrigerator was not cooling properly. Made an appointment for the next day and arrived as scheduled. Quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me a cost, went and bought the parts and repaired the refrigerator.
