They were fantastic! Seriously so professional, detail oriented, timely and friendly! It was such an easy process and my house looks fantastic! We were going to have a competitor come and quote but once we saw their work across the street we cancelled the apt! Sooo glad we did because we couldnâ t be happier!! Donâ t hesitate! They are great!

I had my two story, aluminum sided house repainted in a dark grey (Kendall Charcoal by Benjamin Moore) with white trim and it looks stunning!! The painting is flawless, Iâ m over the moon. The only issue I had was that some of my landscaping got messed up bc of where ladders needed to be placed but nothing I canâ t fix. Highly recommend for sure!

Painting, woodwork repair, power washing, they have done it all. They back their warrantees and use quality products. And on top of that, their pricing was very reasonable! They power washed my entire home exterior and repainted my shed, porch, railings, trim, and soffits. They expertly replaced rotting wood where needed and made my home look brand new. Months later when there was an issue with some light porch paint chipping, Eco sent a crew right out to fix it. I havenâ t had an issue with it since and the work they did still looks fantastic. The owner, Jorge, was very detail oriented and made sure I was completely happy with everything. The crews were polite and efficient. My neighbors have even commented on how beautiful my home looks and what a difference Ecoâ s work has made. I highly recommend Eco Renovations and will continue to use them for any future projects! I got several quotes for painting the exterior of my house and chose to go with Eco Renovations. The estimate I received from Eco was not the cheapest, in fact, it was slightly higher than the average, but they had great reviews and were through with the estimate explaining everything that would be done. I was surprised and very pleased when they were able to get me scheduled to begin the job just two days after I excepted the estimate. The job ended up being pushed back due to weather, completely understandable, however, I was not given any updates unless I called or sent text messages asking what was going on. 5 days after I had scheduled the job, I called to see when I should expect painters at my house. I was told they would be there that day and that they should be able to complete the job that same day. The *crew* ended up being one person and he showed up at 12 noon, spending most of the day prepping the house and covering windows. He left to go pick up a helper and was gone for about 2 hours in the middle of the job. Once he returned, close to 6 p.m. paint finally started going on my house. By 8 p.m. he informed us he was done for the day and would be back tomorrow to finish up the job. At this point, my husband and I noticed LOTS of blue paint being over sprayed onto items that were NOT to be painted. All my gutters, downspouts and white garage door, all of which were NOT to be painted, now had blue paint on them. My concrete porch which I had just redone (cleaned, etched, and stained) the previous weekend, also had blue over spray. Several window casings had blue paint on them, a wooden post on our front porch, the concrete driveway and foundation as well. When we pointed these items out to the painter, he said he would paint them white tomorrow. I stressed numerous times throughout this job that I did NOT want my garage door, gutters and downspouts painted at all... yet here we are with all of those items now painted. My downspouts are white on one side and blue on the other and look awful. The painters did not show up the next day and then the following 3 days when they finally did show up, it was a nightmare. I ended up asking the project manager and owner of the company to go to my house and look at what was happening. I was told this crew was contracted out and this was their first time working for Eco. Obviously, they need some training. I firmly believe this *crew* was not experienced enough to be spray painting any home. The lack of care or concern for the job by all at Eco was unacceptable. The owner of the company did come out and do a walk around so I could point out all my concerns (paint overspray, damaged plants, a large tree in my yard is now blue where it looks like a painter emptied his spray gun out). The list is long and ridiculous. I was told the crew would be back out one last day to get everything cleaned up and *fixed* and that they would also paint two back doors for us, free of charge. (2 basic, white doors - with paint they already had charged me for). Finally two weeks later, the job was *done* and I was ready to pay and be done with this company altogether. I called the owner to discuss payment and after I pressed for a discount, he offered $100 off for all my troubles. I was quoted over $3,000 for this job and to offer a $100 discount for the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, lack of skill, care or concern, just seemed insulting. I told him I was expecting at the very least a 10% discount, to which he had the nerve to tell me about how much money they had to spend on paint to fix the mistakes. NOT MY PROBLEM! Had your painters taken the time to do the job correctly, they would not have had to paint my garage door, gutters, and down spouts causing the increase in supplies. I eventually got a 10% discount after stating I was going to take legal action.

Every person who came to our office from the gentleman who provided the quote to the two young men who painted our offices were very professional, and executed their work with efficient expertise. They did a great job from start to finish!

We had a few problems staining the front door, but they fixed it and it looks great.

The paint crew was knowledgeable - they pressure washed the areas to be painted, when dried they blocked off the areas not to be painted, and applied the final coat to the required areas. They were proficient, professional and thorough. After the job was completed, they canvased the area and removed all equipment and cleaned up what was needed. They also left the paint that was left over...which I appreciated as there may be some other places I can use the paint - like my shed. I would use these guys again. The job was great and the price was fair. Great job guys. MR

Two coats of paint are very missing leading. For me, two coats of paint mean letting the first coat dry and then apply the second coat! They spray two coats once!!!

I am very pleased with how a miscommunication was handled. You can often tell the measure of a company in how they respond to an issue. The workmanship is some of the best I have seen. In addition, they kept the work area neat and cleaned up every day before leaving. I will hire them again!

They were very prompt but their two coats of paint they told me they would apply was one guy spraying and a guy behind him rolling the paint. They did a great job on the painting but did not do a second coat except for a few touch ups.

Great job painting the whole exterior of our house. It looks beautiful. We are very pleased with the service, communication, and quality of work. Would definitely recommend this company for any painting projects.
