I am again satisfied with the work Eco did at my home. I had a clogged pipe that caused a puddle of water on my basement floor and they did unclog the pipe but noticed my pipes needed to be replaced due to being old so they had to dig up old pipes and replaced them. I would highly recommend this company again and again for their kindness and professionalism. They even cleaned up the basement pretty good.

Brandon was professional, efficient, effective & solved our garbage disposal problem immediately. He helped us understand what the issue was, and he was friendly too. Our AC just couldn't keep up with the recent high temps. (98 degrees last Friday!) I turned off the unit and did a Google search for HVAC service and found ECO Plumbing/HVAC. We scheduled an appt. which got changed twice. Once on our end, and once on their end. Stuff happens. Our technician, Scott Carter showed up within the estimated timeframe. I received a detailed text with a specific arrival time when he was en route. Scott was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem within maybe 15 minutes and offered me a solution. We have two AC units, one for upstairs, and the other for downstairs. He serviced the one that was not working properly and checked the other unit as well. He offered us a solution to repair and maintain both units -- an annual maintenance agreement, which we jumped on. Our situation could have been A LOT worse. As far as I'm concerned, Scott scored the winning touchdown! We couldn't be happier!

Had backup from main sewer drain, appt was originally set up for same day but later in the evening. They proactively texted that a spot opened up if I wanted to move my appt up, tech ended up coming out within two hours of first call. tech was great, service went well, they cleaned up well after too. documentation of service was excellent, had their physical and video receipt right after tech left. would definitely reach out to them for future issues

Everything was good, ECO arrived on time and was very professional. They inspected my sewer drain and found a small amount of sludge. Snaked my drain and pulled out sludge freeing the backed-up water.
