Great work on an unexpected problem that popped up during a plumbing repair (thank goodness I hired a company that does both!)

This is a awesome company, from the minute we decided to upgrade to a new Heater and AC the level of customer service has been above and beyond , Curt arrived this morning and spent the day installing a new system, he was very friendly and courteous the entire day, He had Kyle come out to remove a water softener that was no longer needed and he arrived with a smile and ready to work. Thank you to Andy who kept our old heater working until Curt arrived all at no cost. Don't hesitate to call Eco, they are brilliant and you won't be disappointed.

The technician came out and heard our issues and explained that the best solution would be to call a septic tank company so we are not spending more $$ than we need or should.

😩😩….discovered big water leak in utility closet…..water spewing out on wood floor in kitchen/breakfast area. Actually my cleaning lady discovered it as I was upstairs…..then I couldn’t get the get water turned off…🙄🙅♀️, finally got it off…now to frantically find a plumber! “Who ya gonna call”?? Then I remembered the ”silly” commercials the ECO plumbing heating and cooling company have been doing, so I called them! They were here within 2 hours and quickly solved the problem replacing two leaky areas. Crisis averted…almost! Very happy with service and price. Think I found a new service company as I’ll definitely call them again! Thanks ECO! Whew! 👍👍 Happy ❤️❤️Day to me! 🙄😉

He was able to come out the same day and was very personable and professional. He explained options and prices and did the job well, while explaining the issue and cleaned up better than any plumber we've had.

Jeremy did an awesome job getting my mainline cleared and was honest about experience and any possible issues that could arise and how they could be resolved if we had them. Would use again and recommend to others. Did end up getting the ecofi as well.
