Angel scheduled for someone (I think it was the boss) to go out the next day and get an estimate. It was the weekend and by Tuesday, I had a brief, but professional estimate. The price seemed fair and I was about to commit to them but an unfortunate incident, namely someone else having the job done without my authorization prevented me from having Eagle do the work. I explained what happened to Angel and also apologized. I then asked Angel if they could give an estimate to do some repair work on the same property. She said, "Yes." And this is where my opinion of the company changed drastically. I very much wanted to give Eagle some work as I felt that they had sort of been cheated out of a job. Though it was not by my doing, still I was impressed by their responsiveness and the fair estimate to do the hauling. And by Angel who was very friendly and professional. However, after Angel responded that they could do an estimate for repairs, she then sheepishly added that there would be a $150 charge. To say the least, I was shocked! I then had an opportunity to talk to the owner's significant other (terms that Jennifer used), Jennifer who is a realtor. Jennifer, though mostly professional was not very friendly. Jennifer stated that the reason for the $150 charge was that in the past, they had people who were just price shopping and using estimates to drill down prices. Her comments did not rest well with me. I decided that it was time to move on. Since Angel was both helpful and professional, I did follow up with an email to her thanking her and explaining that I could not consider Eagle to do the repair work.

Scott came in and I showed him the three things I wanted done. He got right to work and was efficient with each job. I was extremely impressed with his quality of work and price.
