Service person was punctual. However, he did not check whether there were any screens on or obstructions of the vent outlet at the roof. Because he only blew out the vent line from inside the house, all that was accomplished was that the lint buildup in the vent line was blown up to and against the screening at the roof outlet. We did not realize this until our new dryer, which was installed only a month after cleanout, began not drying properly and blowing a lot of lint back into the dryer. We also needed minor roof repairs at this time, and roofer found dryer vent at roof outlet blocked because of screen.

We had to delay the project because our house is under going construction projects. They explained that we might want to wait until the projects were complete to get the full benefit of cleaning. Calls were returned promptly. They are a national franchise and have large vacuum trucks that have a lot of power. We do plan to call them when our projects are complete.
