Quick and great service. Very responsive.

Charlie was very knowledgeable in the mold business. He helped me to understand the nature of the work required to resolve the problem. I am still waiting on the follow up assessment on putting the basement back together.

Excellent to work with. Work crews were very courteous, communication regarding scheduling was top notch. Crews worked to deliver project completion ahead of time with focus on quality work and customer satisfaction.

MY WORST NIGHTMARE I hired DryMaxx because of the high ratings. I had a basement only mold remediation that needed to be done. I previously explained in detail to Matt Olsen that my child had previously been poisoned and has a severe environmental sensitivity. All chemicals were to be used in the basement only with the entrance sealed. On August 20 2019 the owner Charlie George and 2 technicians arrived and went to work in the basement. I trusted them enough to leave with my child while they were working. When we returned they had finished and were gone. Upon entering my house, I was horrified at the unbearable smell that occupied every room in the house. My daughter and I were dry heaving and she immediately complained of an unbearable headache. We had to leave almost immediately. Several days later Charlie admitted that an employee (I don't know if it was him or another individual) had put a chemical in a fogger,inserted it into my furnace and through my air ducts fumigated my entire house. I later found out that this chemical is a federally registered pesticide, something my child can never be exposed to. We have had to spend thousands making our home safe again for our child. We have received no reimbursement for our expenses from DryMaxx.

Dry Maxx did an outstanding and thorough job removing mold from our basement. All areas were sprayed and cleaned, and they cut out affected dry wall and installed new. They also left their air scrubber running several days to remove any toxins in the air. The workers came every day on time and cleaned before they left. Best of all, their fee was very reasonable, especially for the high quality of the work. We give this company our highest recommendation!

I hired Dry Maxx to help me with a small mold problem when selling my house. Matt Olsen was great and really helped me out. I ll definitely be recommending.

This company is extremely honest and transparent. Another company gave me a quote double the cost. I thought it sounded crazy expensive which is why I got a second opinion. I did not share w Dry Max the first quote, and was very pleasantly surprised when the gentleman gave me the quote.

From prior experiences with mold removal companies and related jobs and pricing, Dry max is well versed in their craft and very reasonably priced! I was expecting the job to cost well over $2k came in under $800. The gentlemen that I worked with worked as a team and worked quickly and professionally to complete the job in under 4 hours! Would recommend!!!

DryMaxx came out to quote us to clean up a flooded basement and they were able to start the work the same day. Tom was great throughout the clean up process and very informative. They worked very fast and were professional. I would definitely use them again.

I have an open insurance claim with Dry Maxx as the water restoration and drywall contractor on a rental property I own and let me tell you it has been a nightmare. Their work was sloppy, uncaring and dishonest from the start and just continued getting worse. The first night they left the back door propped open all night then disputed it when asked. Their fans and dehumidifier units did not run half the time because their electric power box kept malfunctioning and was not corrected in a timely manner. Their workers were very rude to my tenants. They caused even more damage by breaking my toilet and damaging many electric outlets. They left my furnace off on another day after they left. The drywall work was left incomplete because they forgot some closets. The really horrible came later when their invoice came. Originally Tom had agreed to work with my insurance and adjust his charges to match the insurance estimates. What a scam that was ~ Way exceeded the insurance budget on items ~ many by double or some even way more... They manipulated the invoice with the many false charges they fabricated billing for work they did not even do. I was even billed twice for garbage disposal removal and the house did not even have a garbage disposal. Other items were also billed for twice. They got a copy of the insurance estimate then inflated their charges to take it all. I have requested documents of the daily moisture readings I was told they would do ~ they wont send to me because they do not exist because they did not show up to monitor their equipment and drying process. The dry out should have taken 3 days instead of 7 days. The asbestos tile removal is another issue ~ they wont produce the removal and disposal documents which are required by law. In closing ~ Doing business with Dry Maxx has turned out being even a bigger nightmare than the water damage caused by the busted water line.

The rep from Drymaxx came out to look at the water damage that originated in our attic. He inspected the attic and checked the moisture level in the walls throughout the interior of the home, something no one else did, and then he walked me through what was happening, what the process would be start to finish and even helped me understand the insurance process. It was a very stressful situation for my family but working with Drymaxx made us feel like someone was going to make it ok. They had excellent customer service, checked in with us daily and had great follow up after the repairs were made. I hope we never experience anything like what happened again, but if we did, I know there is someone reputable to call and have things taken care of in a timely manner.

Drymaxx was a breath of fresh air. Charlie is such a genuine guy and we felt confident throughout the entire process that we were in good hands.

I may have been able to find someone less expensive to do the work, but Dry Maxx did it RIGHT. They made sure that every space was completely dried out and microbe free before just plastering over it as some would have done. They know what they are doing and they do it right.

From the first phone call this company was personable and friendly but very professional and knowledgable. The crew removed mold, cleaned and sanitized furniture, replaced dry wall, baseboards and painted the entire basement. It looks brand new again and they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to family and friends.

From top to bottom, these people were VERY professional, knowledgable, courteous, and always on time. We had mold removed and the area restored in a finished basement and the results of the restoration was better than before they started. We would use them again if needed.

On a day that a lot of companies were busy and stating they could not help us with the small flood in our basement, Dry Maxx was available. Within hours of speaking with them, we had agreed upon an estimate and has someone removing the water from our basement. Tom listened and addressed all of our concerns. They were both courteous and professional.

They responded very quickly. they were very professional, very friendly, and very helpful. I just think they were a little pricey considering that my insurance did not cover this and the size of the job was minimal. They took the carpet up and removed the padding, there was only one room (oversized). They did not need to remove any baseboards. There was hardly any furniture or anything to move. I could have replaced the carpet and pad for less than half of what they charged.

They showed up as expected, assessed the work and gave me a estimate that I shared with my insurance agent. They quickly got to work, and within a couple days my basement was dry. Very personable, courteous professionals to work with.
