Drains Done Rite

I contacted Donald Blake, owner of Drains Done Rite, to clear out a drain that was repeatedly causing a problem. Mr. Blake arrived at the designated appointment time and was fully prepared to tackle the job. He asked several questions to ascertain exactly what was going on and then inspected and tested all the drains in the house so that he could hear what I had described to him. He determined that the main drain that leads to the septic tank and the shower drain in the basement bathroom were the culprits. He cleared both drains and left both work areas neat and clean. I have not had any problems with any of the drains in the house since then. While I was very impressed with Mr. Blake's level of professionalism and punctuality, what stood out most was his willingness to take the time to really troubleshoot the problem. Without question or hesitation, I would hire Donald Blake and Drains Done Rite again. He did a fantastic job!
