I called on a Saturday and they were able to do the job the following Monday morning which was perfect for my schedule. The men arrived on time, looked at the job and agreed to the price I was quoted on phone. One room had old red juice stains. Although the juice stains could not be completely removed after much effort by the workers, I was pleased with the improvement (and no need to replace the carpet as I had worried). The other carpets looked great. I recommend this company and would use again.

We had a good experience with them the first time they came out. The gentlemen who came out did a good job. They were professional looking, and acted professionally. The second time they came out, we did not have a good experience. The gentlemen that came out were very nice, but they were both unkempt; they looked unclean. Their uniforms were pretty sloppy and dirty. We had an old dog before, and he had a bleeding paw. He left blood marks on the carpet, and I had pointed that to them. When they left, the blood stains were still there.They did not do a good job on the carpet.

The 2 gentlemen were very nice- and punctual, however, they looked very unkept. Their uniforms were not clean and looked sloppy. Also, there were spots on the carpet that we pointed out, and asked that they pre treat and pay special attention to. When they were done, most of the spots were still there, so my husband and I got them out ourselves without much effort, which was good, although that is not something we should have to do after paying professionals to clean the carpets.

We had used them before. Their availability for scheduling and price convinced us to have them back. You can get them scheduled quickly. They do good work for a reasonable price.

The service was ok. They were on time and professional. They were easy to work with. They were polite and respective of our house. The quality of their work was ok. They charged much more than other companies that I've used in the past.

They are very thorough. Their technicians are very personable which I like. They also seem very honest. I don't feel like they are trying to sell me service I don't need.

THEY NEVER RUINED ANYTHING IN MY HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD ALSO. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AT STEAM CLEANING MY CARPET.

THE SERVICE THAT I HAD THEM DO WAS BETTER THEN THE ONES I'VE HAD BEFORE. I COULDN'T GET THE STAINS OUT AS GOOD AS THEY COULD. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORKERS BECAUSE THEY SMELLED LIKE SMOKE REALLY BAD. THAT IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT THOUGH BECAUSE THEY DID DO A REALLY GOOD JOB AT CLEANING THE CARPETS AND THAT IS WHAT MATTERS.
