 + 0 moreThe carpet was great. We had a small problem with the installers scratching up the walls and damaging the corners. Jeff the owner was quick to respond to help us get it fixed so I could not be upset about that issue. The problem with the install was that one of the installers was not helping the other move the carpet causing some damage to the corners of the hallway. Jeff is covering the cost of fixing this and the over all install was very well done. the look is great! The installers were not prompt but they did good work. This is my third time using this company and would still recommend them to others on a regular basis. This is the first time I had a problem with the installers and it has been addressed by Jeff and I could not be
Description of Work: The provider sold me 2 very large rooms of carpet with recommendations on what to buy and not to buy since we have 2 rather large dogs and a couple cats.

Description of Work: They made recommendations for things I hadn't considered. The installers were top notch. They didn't damage my wall or baseboard like other installers did. They got me in around Christmas which others couldn't. Big box stores had six week wait but Carpet Liquidators have multiple crews that work just for them. They carpeted entire upstairs and downstairs (except kitchen).

 + 0 moreWe did not purchase a remnant, rather we selected a few very nice carpets from their vast sample collection. They came out (on time) to help us decide on the carpet, discuss installation options, and measured. They provided an estimated delivery date (approx. a week) and install date and met them both. Installers were very professional and did a great job. Very pleased with the whole job, and will probably use them for our next carpet needs.
