+ -1 moreI called them to make sure they perform pest control for spiders for my mother. I live out of town with a different area code for my phone number. When I called, he did not even say hello, I heard that he picked up the phone, so I said hello. He just said, "go ahead." So I began to ask if they do pest control and he asked if this was a solicitation call, I said no, I just wanted to see if the do pest control. He said he doesn't take solicitation calls and hung up. Before he hung up, I asked him if this is how he treats his customers, that's when he hung up.

+ -1 moreInitially, I contacted Dayton's Hometown Pest Control in the summer of 2010. Eric spent a long time checking everything out inside and outside my home. My major problem was large black ants in several areas of the house. He made some suggestions for me to complete prior to his treating because it would help him know the progress of eliminating the problem. He also gave me an estimate for the work. They were good ideas but because of other issues going on with health, etc. I was unable to have him back out until March, 2011. He came out and treated all my home, inside and outside as he had reported back in 2010, His pricing also remained the same. I have always dealt with Eric and he is always professional and knows our area quite well.
Description of Work: Dayton's Hometown Pest Control P.O. Box 340283 Beavercreek, Oh 45434 937-306-1538 eric@daytonshometown.com Hometown Pest Control came out to my home and applied various types of needed chemicals to help start controlling my black ant issues. He was inside and outside with the appropriate substances and also baited some areas of concern. Eric is a very professional person that treats you with respect and knows what he is doing. He listens and answers all my questions and offers suggestions for improvement of my problem areas. I am on a continuing program where he comes out every 3 months and assesses what is needed to keep everything in control. There is a $95.00 fee every 3 months; however, if I need him to come out sooner there is no charge. There are no set contracts. I feel that he really knows his business and cares about my concerns.
