 + 2 moreAlthough polite, the service was exremely slow. The man helping me spent more time talking with the other workers in the store, while helping me, than working. They were talking about personal, non-work related stories. My husband and baby were waiting in the car. The man did not give me a receipt and when I later checked my bank statement, they charged me more than the quote that was given online for this store. They charged more than the receipt stated was due, that I printed from UHaul's online website. He also hooked up the equiptment incorrectly, which my husband caught as he was watching him work. Would not recommend would not use again, EVER!
Description of Work: I rented a U-Haul trailer from this company's store in Fairborn.

 + -1 moreTHEY HAVE WORKED FOR US FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS. THEY DO A CONSISTENT JOB. WE LIKE THAT THEY ARE RELIABLE AND SEEM TO HAVE THE SAME CREW YEAR AFTER YEAR. WE DON'T HAVE TO SUPERVISE THEIR WORK.
Description of Work: THEY MOW AND EDGE OUR LAWN. THEY BAG THE CLIPPINGS AND TAKE THEM AWAY.
