We use Infrared thermal imaging to discover problems with a property that other inspectors can’t see, detecting deficiencies in insulation, air infiltration, moisture intrusions, and electrical problems. All of which can cause safety issues and or higher energy cost.
We do not inspect for wood destroying organisms, or septic systems.
