Description of Work: We replaced some badly weathered and cracked cedar siding on 2 walls of our house and we didn't want to use wood on the replacement siding due to maintenance factors and cost. Ben came out and showed us several available products including a vinyl insulated board and batten siding which we chose to use. It took a while to get the product because it was a special order and then the weather was rainy for several weeks. Chris just finished tearing off the old siding and putting up the board and batten and it looks great. He worked quickly and cleaned up and hauled away all the trimmings and scraps. We're very satisfied with both the product and the company.

Description of Work: My husband and I went to them for an estimate of a bathroom remodel. This was the first estimate of several that we had planned to get, as is our custom when doing major work. The salesman gave us his quote and wanted us to sign a contract there in the showroom. When we told him that we were getting other estimates, I feel that he undermined our judgement and his fellow tradesmen by telling us what unprofessional people are in the business, especially since we had already told him that we had been referred by the NARI organization. Furthermore, he dropped his estimate by several thousand dollars after we insisted on leaving without signing the contact. We went with another NARI contractor for less.

+ -1 moreEVERYTHING WAS DONE AS PROMISED AND ACTUALLY TURNED OUT BETTER THAN EXPECTED. ONE OF THE GUYS HAD STOPPED SHOWING UP, BUT THAT WAS BEYOND THE COMPANY'S CONTROL. THEY JUST HIRED SOMEONE ELSE WHO DID A GREAT JOB.
Description of Work: THEY REMODELED HALF THE BASEMENT, WHICH INCLUDED HANGING LIGHTS, CARPENTRY, PAINTING, BUILDING WALLS, CEILINGS, AND SUMP PUMPS.
