It went pretty good. It took about 2 days total to do it, the tub they got from the warehouse was cracked so they had to take a half day to drive to Cincinnati for a replacement. Overall, it went pretty good.

Mark was on time to look at the job and responded with a written estimate in two days. He did the job within two weeks of the estimate and was available to do it sooner had I been ready. He was right on time to start the job and completed it in two days. It looks great and as Johnny Bench used to say in the spray paint commercial, and quot;no runs, no drips, no errors.and quot; I plan to use Mark again and would highly recommend him. His estimate was much more reasonable than another Angie's List painter I checked out.

Mark was extremely professional and his work was excellent. He showed up on time for our estimate appointment, his communication was excellent and he completed the job when he said he would. I would definitely use him again.

He is an individualistic individual that does fantastic work. It is always first class. It is complete and well done. Always very professional. He usually works alone but sometimes uses a partner. His preparation for painting is very thorough and this causes it to not peel off.

I spoke directly with the contact person, Mr. Mark Ebeling, whom I presume is the owner. I reached Mr. Ebeling on the first call placed to him. He took my request and my address for an estimate, and told me (all verbal, nothing in writing, and I took him at his word) he would drive by, have a look at my house, and get back to me with an estimate. Since that call, on approximately 02/21/2011, I have not received my promised estimate from Mr. Ebeling, and subsequently, still need to find a reliable contractor to get my house painted. I did my research and initiated the first call to Mr. Ebeling to request service. The ball remains with Craftsman House and Mr. Ebeling to follow-through and deliver the estimate requested and promised. In my experience, with an Angie's List referred contractor, I found Craftsman House and Mr. Ebeling completely unreliable and unprofessional. I'm greatly disappointed with the customer service I received from Craftsman House and Mr. Ebeling, they wasted my time. Sincerely, William H. Crenshaw Dayton, Ohio

Their price was high, but they give very good quality. They arrived on time.

He was very professional. He covered everything with plastic. I could not believe that he did not get any paint anywhere! We have a very large area on the main floor. The whole ceiling is vaulted. GREAT LOB!!!!! There isn't any Don'ts for this contractor. Once again, GREAT JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!

I've used them before and always been satisfied. Once I've contracted the job with Mark I just hand him the keys and forget about it until he calls and says he's finished. I can't ever imagine using anyone else!

From the first contact with Mark to arrange for an estimate to the completion of the job Mark exibited professionalism and dedication in his total work product. He even made a number of suggestions that improved the the finished look of the project that we did not consider prior to meeting with Mark. I will definitely contact Mark Ebeling for any future projects and would without hestitation recommend Mark for any interior painting project.

A great experience! I gave him a key to the condo and he squeezed me in between jobs, as he knew I wanted it finished quickly. He completed the work in less than a week. This was truly a no hassle experience. He was always punctual and called when he said he would. He is definitely my painter for life!!

Mark is a pro from start to finish. He arrives when he says he will, does the work in the time promised, and goes above and beyond. This was the first time he painted for us, but I had seen his extensive work at a friend's house. He said that he hopes to be our painter for life, and I can't think of why he would not. He takes pride in his craft and shows attention to detail. We have used other painters in the past, but we won't in the future! In fact, he will do another project for us next month.
