 + -1 moreWe had Complete Construction Group replace a roof on our property in Oxford, Ohio in October 2010. Once they started the job, they finished it quickly. We paid them 1/2 before, and the remaining 1/2 upon completion. We did not supervise or inspect the job, but trusted that it was done properly based on our tenant's evaluation. In May 2011, our tenants complained of a leak and loose shingles. On June 8, 2011 I inspected the roof and found what I considered shoddy workmanship. I took photos and forwarded them to the company after discussing the situation with the managing partner, Mike Wagner. I was assured the problem would be taken care of promptly. After 14 phone calls over the last six months, (some of which were unanswered), having been given promises and excuses, nothing has been done. I have been civil and understanding. I am now frustrated and find it difficult to remain calm when leaving messages or talking to representatives of this company. I want this resolved and I want potential customers to beware and inspect carefully any work this company does as they do it. Sincerely Robert K Fea
