Jordy and Todd removed a huge 70 year old Moncrief furnace from my son’s house and did a great installation job on a new American Standard furnace. Installation is the most important part and I highly recommend Comfort Medic. Frank gave me instructions on how to use the WiFi thermostat and told me how the furnace worked. By the way, they also did a great job installing furnace and air in my house the week before.

We had a great experience wirh Comfort Medic when our furnace broke. We ended up buying a new furnace and a/c unit and had an all-around great experience with Frank and his team. Several months later our a/c went out, and Frank came out very promptly to check it out. The unit had a bad compressor that had gone out. They did everything they could to get us the part ASAP and even came to install it on the morning of the Fourth of July. We would definitely recommend Comfort Medic!

We called them out to check on a malfunctioning furnace. Due to the cost of repairs, we ended up deciding to get a new furnace. They were able to get it installed the next day and so far it seems like they did a great job! We also got a new AC unit since ours was very old. We were favorably impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the folks at Comfort Medic (we worked with Frank and Todd). We had a very good experience.

My experience with Comfort MEDIC was truly exceptional. I own several rental properties, and I've dealt with many contractors. I have never had a better experience than with this one. So, the story. On a cold Sunday in late October, I received a call from a tenant in Kettering that the heat was not working. I arranged with another company that I'd worked with before to have a technician out to assess the situation. Bad news: gas valve needed replaced, at a cost of well over $500, and they would not be able to have the part until Monday or Tuesday. Given the cost of the repair and the age of the furnace (unknown exactly, but likely 15 years or more), it was time to think about a replacement. I had that company quote me a price, at which point there were a few problems: (1) despite my saying several times I only wanted the furnace replaced, they quoted me a whole system replacement (i.e. including A/C). (2) Once we got that ironed out, the price still seemed jaw-droppingly exorbitant. Even more, there was no firm assurance that they would be able to get to the install done during the coming week. Although I like to maintain a relationship with contractors, the price was just too much. So I hopped online and started calling around. Of course, being a Sunday, most places were closed. Enter Comfort MEDIC. Not only did Frank answer the phone, but he took some basic information and worked up a quote for me in an hour or two, sight unseen. It was literally HALF of what the other contractor had quoted for a similar product! Beyond that, he offered to deliver the tenant a space heater in the meantime to tide them over. And to top it all off, he worked the installation in on the following Wednesday despite what looked to be a pretty full schedule at the time I'd called. Oh, and he scheduled and performed the work while trusting that my check for the install would find him in a timely fashion. Overall, just an outstanding experience.

Comfort Medic replaced our AC unit recently and I could not be more pleased. Frank and Todd are very professional, courteous, and have very competitive pricing. They take time and help me with understanding more about AC units and what is important. They certainly have helped me increase my knowledge in this area. What I appreciate most is the EXCELLENT communication between us during this process. Frank and his teammate did a terrific job for us. They arrived after hours to fix our main furnace. They were professional and friendly and worked quickly to get get everything up and running. Their nearly 30 years of experience in the HVAC business came through during the visit. Most importantly, they are honest and had terrific rapport with our family. We will call them again if needed.

Because Comfort Medic was able to move quickly, our kitchen will still be completed on time. This was a HUGE releif for us, since it could have delayed us for weeks.

A very professional job ! They did it in one day ! They cleaned up after installation and even did some extra work at no charge ! I would highly recommend them !!!

This is the 2nd time I have hired Comfort Medic. The first time they installed a new furnace in my rental properties and now in my own home! I have 5 rental properties and have used several different companies in the past. I will never use another company again. Their professionalism, quality work, and pricing is outstanding. I have had other companies try to fix stuff that wasn't broken or try to sell me something I didn't need. This company is honest and I will continue to use them in the future!

Comfort Medic understood our emergency and came immediately to our home. They quickly assessed our situation and found our heat exchanger in our furnace failed. The furnace was leaking CO2 potentially causing a health risk to our family. Frank and the team from Comfort Medic worked with our home warranty company and replaced our furnace. In addition to spending many hours on the phone with the home warranty company, they made an additional trip to our home delivering safe heating units for us while we waited for the new furnace to arrive. When I called the staff was very friendly and were able to get me scheduled quickly. Technician called to advise when he would be arriving and was on time. He was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He even told me what type of filter to use and a few tips to keep my bill lower. Very customer friendly!

The installers came when they said they would (right on time) and the quality of work was excellent. The men that came to my home were very professional and clean and made sure not to dirty my floors. They always wore the booties as to protect the flooring. The performed the work in a timely manner and the work done was what we had agreed to. I didn't receive any surprise costs and they were actually done earlier then expected. It seems these days that it's hard to trust companies like these, but they really delivered beyond the expectations that I had. In fact, I have already recommended them to several friends and family members already and will continue to do so. It's very stressful having to spend this amount of money, but I feel that everything went flawlessly and I got a really good deal for the services that were performed. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a decent price!

Frank and Todd showed up on time, started, continued and completed the project with no delays. Shoe covers and floor coverings in place all the way from the door to the work location. They took away the old furnace and air conditioner and all the scrap metal they removed and cleaned up so it looked like they had never been here. The new installation is high quality. The new system is a great improvement over that old furnace we had. On Frank's recommendation, we went with the more expensive variable speed furnace with a humidifier. He was right! Our comfort level in the house is amazing compared to the way it used to be. I highly recommend Frank and Comfort Medic.
