Called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Moved some furniture as requested and moved back after cleaning. Placed furniture legs on blocks of styrofoam/plastic to prevent furniture from getting wet. We had several pet stains that came clean and we were left with no pet odor. I recommended them to my daughter.

I called them up and they were polite and professional and setup an appointment for the next day. They came out and got the job done quickly and the carpet looked and smelled much better when they were done. The cost was less than I expected and overall I was very happy.

The guy attempted very well to fix what we wanted to be fixed but was not able to do it. The guy is good. He charged us with what he said the price is.

I called in the morning and they were able to fit us in that afternoon. The two guys doing the cleaning were punctual, polite and professional and did a very thorough job cleaning the carpets. They took extra time on spotted areas and did a better job than one of the national chains that cleaned our carpets the last time (for 30% more).

I think my husband found them on Angie's List. They were very personable and very professional. They were very friendly. They did the job that they came here to do and that was it.

They were awesome. This company had a good coupon in the local advertisement, I went for something with a good price. They did an awesome job. It was really impressive. This guy was super up front and honest too. He said with pet problems that he shouldn't steam clean them because it might make it smell worse. He said also that he couldn't always get out pet stains. He said he could try, but they don't always come out. He also had a product that would break down the odors, that he said he would apply. He was really up front before he started doing any work. Then when he did the work, it was awesome. All the stains came out and smells went away. There was one room where maybe they hadn't used the deodorizer, sure enough, just like he had said, the steam cleaning made it smell 10 times worse in that one room. So I called them back up and said maybe it was just a miscommunication that he just had to use the deodorizer in the other rooms. They returned at no additional cost and put the deodorizer in the room.

This is your standard steam cleaning service at a very good price. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and the carpet in our family room was pretty bad. They managed to get it pretty clean although some general dirt marks were still visible. I would use this company again if the carpets were not too dirty and I just needed to get them freshened up at an excellent price.

Bought a new house. Carpets were disgusting. Wanted them cleaned. Got an ad in the mail. Called set up an appointment within 5 days. Came within their said time (there was a little confusion when they tried to come early. The office handled it well though.). Weren't pushy with the extras and cut us a bargain on things since they didn't have to move furniture.
