Description of Work: i had James out to do a check on my heater. it was just in time i plastic tray had slid down on the heating coils and had started to melt and burn. we had smelled something, but did not know what it was. that was only the first off two problems. the filters wee were using had metal on them and were shorting out the air cleaner. we removed them and put the rewash able one back in the unit. overall the guy was great. he did not try to sell me a thing. he just cleaned my unit and he did show me the other systems. i did sign-up for the monthly package because the cost of it was less tthan biannual checks. but there was absolutely no purchase he just left it with me to read and decide for myself. as a natural based company. the product spoke for its self. Good job James. i hope you enjoyed your birthday and your bike ride.

Home run!
Description of Work: I've been working with Jim Bodine and his team since 2008 concerning purchaing a new heat pump and A/C unit to support my upstairs bedrooms for our 1982 vintage home. He stepped through several possibilities to correct a system design problem to give my wife and I the comfort we were looking for...I finally purchased a new Carrier Infinity System from Jim, and we got the significant improvement we were looking for. The on-site team did a great job and were professional and courteous...I've alos had thermostate exhaust vents put in our attic area by Jim and his team...he's the only A/C & heating guy I'll ever use!
