After almost 3 weeks the parts were finally in (switches, wires & sensors) so when I called CJS for a status update on Thursday, they scheduled us to come out Friday (3rd call). Interesting to note- the first serviceman couldn’t fix us heat on Saturday, but this serviceman gave us heat on Monday by switching parts from a/c to furnace so we would be warm while we waited for parts to come in 3 weeks later.

Mike was very friendly and completely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mike and the whole CJS crew. They're honest, fair, and thorough which is something that is lost yes days.

Everything was ok. Would like to have Danny for the fall furnace checkup if possible.

I called CJS at 8 am and they had a technician there by 9:30 am despite 7" of new now. The technician, Josh, was knowledgeable, professional and very engaging. He made sure to explain everything as he checked our 6 yr old furnace out. Turns out we had a bad unit, so he let the office know and in a few hours Cody was at the door helping us to decide whether to repair or replace. Turns out replacement was the only real option, Cody got us set up with an install date the next day! The install team was prompt and very efficient, making sure everything was right and keeping me informed of their progress. I would definitely recommend CJS to anyone.

Guillermo fixed a long standing problem with the water supply to the humidifier after the regular service. He replaced a saddle valve. This was an additional cost, which I will enter below.I was surprised it was so much as he said we were under warranty for parts, but would pay for labor. We have an annual prepaid service as well, which includes 2 maintenance visits per year. CJS has great technicians. They are pleasant, efficient and tidy. They explain everything clearly.

They were able to get there within a couple hours on a Saturday and get an A for that. Diagnosed bad inducer motor and bad main board. Quoted 1500.00 for the 2 parts plus labor. Advised that due to expense of parts that we consider replacement. Scheduled an appointment for someone to come and quote a new unit. While waiting a few days for that I researched the parts needed online. I purchased both parts brand new for 165.00 total and canceled he appt. for a new unit. I acknowledge the need for them to make a profit on parts but their markup is way out of line. I replaced the 2 parts on my own and the original problem of no voltage at the thermostat remained. Thus the diagnosis was wrong. I called someone else and he reset the left blowback sensor and it fired right up within 5 minutes of him opening the unit. They tested and checked everything and suggested a less restricting filter. Problem solved in 20 minutes and really only the 100.00 motor and new filter was needed. Unit has been running solid for 30 days now. This is my second experience with CJS. Prior calls at another home were ok on the service but charged me 265.00 for a 12.00 part on that one. No more CJS for me.

Awesome..Mike came out and diagnosed my furnace. He's a very nice guy, very personable. He answered all my questions as I stood there watched & learned. He took his time,very professional. I could of replace the gas valve my self but did not want to mess with the gas. He has a special tool to check for leaks which he found, took it back out and fixed it. I highly recommend Mike for all your furnace repairs. Company is a little pricey but worth every dime. If there would of been a problem that night, they would of came back out and fixed it free of charge. Very happy with the out come. Thanks again Mike. The company is lucky to have you..

Great, job was performed in an outstanding manner and the cost was much much lower than any other company in my area.

Bill did a very good job of analyzing the situation...spent a lot of time checking various aspects of the furnace but never found the problem. Furnace was working perfectly when he left.

Brooke arrived on time and was very competent and professional. She fits the pattern of technicians we've had from CJS: Very knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you services you don't need. Although CJS isn't the most inexpensive heating & air service in town, their consistently high-quality service is what keeps us coming back.

Bill did a great job quickly diagnosing a squeaky AC unit and fixing it. While he was out I also had him give the AC a cleaning and testing. He did a great job and I would definitely hire the company again. He also wore footies to keep dirt out of the house. I think I found my new HVAC company!
