Excellent. CJ saved us 8yrs ago. They were the ONLY Service provider who provided emergency service appointments when heat failed in winter. Other companies (including our home warranty provider) wanted us to wait a few days before coming out. CJS got our heat going again with a little oil and expert knowledge. Yes, a part was needed to be replaced, but in the meantime we had heat. As the years have passed, we have CJS service our units in spring and fall ahead of heat and cooling seasons. 4yrs ago, we replaced the 10yr old furnace. They said we could save $ if we did the AC at the same time. We declined. Oops! Less than 1yr later, the AC quit. We should have listened to the professionals. Today, after 4yrs with the new units, the AC stopped working. They didn’t have appointment available for 3 days. Yikes!!! I explained that I have been a loyal customer. They found a technician and sent him over today!!! The AC got fixed today. Under warranty, so no fee. I am still under service contract with CJS, so no diagnosis visit fee either. $0 today. Loyalty pays. Thanks CJS!!!

Good 410a refrigerant was a little high so they removed some seems to be running good now.

Still a work in progress. I’m sure my old house is giving him head aches but the team is pushing on and getting the job done. Day two down and two to go.

Tech was prompt and professional. An issue came up with the thermostat an hour after he had left. He came back asap and fixed the problem quickly. We are always pleased with the CJS techs.

CJS team is incredibly professional, friendly, and focused on what's right for me the customer. I had 4 companies provide me proposals for a complete replacement heating and AC system. While we have some very good companies in the Dayton area, CJS stood out. Everything was delivered as promised, on time, with great communication with no surprises. CJS took the time up front (Shawn Smith), asked great questions did a complete assessment of my home before providing me s complete description of each of the best options for my home. I have been Sales and Marketing most of career and not impressed too easily - Tip of my cap to the entire CJS family of associates! Great value, competitive pricing and I trust the CJS team completely.

CJS came out same day to give us a quote on replacing our 32 year old system. They sent out Andy to inspect our system to ensure that we were told appropriately that it needed replaced and a project manager to give us a quote for a new one. Andy was very informative, professional, and very nice to my two little girls while they were running around asking questions. We did end up going with another company for our system for other reasons. But the service the front desk staff and Andy gave us was above and beyond.

Original HVAC system design was not balanced leading to areas being too warm or too cool. CJS came out and spent a significant amount of time evaluating and designing a system that is balanced and comfortable. Everything went according to plan including solving some unforeseen issues that could not be anticipated. All interactions with the CJS team have been friendly and professional. They always cleaned up before leaving for the day. I highly recommend CJS.

I am always impressed with their thoroughness and the time it takes to perform the check up. They do not hurry through the service, you know they are taking their time and doing a good job. I am most impressed with the customer service I have received from CJS. From the initial quote of my new HVAC systems to installation and now service calls. I tell all my friends to go with CJS.

Per usual, CJS showed up well w/i the projected time frame and very quickly Bill W. determined the problem was not w/the HVAC, but rather w/my 6 month old top-of-the-line water heater. Instead of telling me to contact my plumber, Bill took the time to study the water heater's wiring, venting, etc.; took several pictures then called someone familiar w/this water heater, showed him the pictures and between the two of them, determined what most likely was the problem and recommended that I plumbing contractor, which I will certainly do the first of the week. I would certainly recommend CJS to anyone who wants the best knowledge and service in the HVAC field.

They came out promptly to inspect the furnace after it had shut down, assessed the situation and were able to come up and install a new unit just two days later. Very thorough and professional. Followed up a week later with an inspection visit to make sure everything was installed correctly.

I don't know much about electrical components but after a checkup, I needed some maintenance and a part. Bill took his time to check everything, gave me a written quote on additional parts and labor so I could choose the most urgent repairs now and consider the others items later. Bill was very thorough. I appreciate his expertise, and his thoroughness. He wore shoe covers to keep the floors clean. I would use Bill again.
