landline phone service
+ -1 moreI do everything over the internet, I am not sure if they have an office in Troy. I do payments online; I don’t even care from where it comes, as long as it keeps coming. My internet bill is $64, and I have a landline connection. I have never been to their office. The only time they came in was the time we setup. They came for a service, a couple of year ago, but I never spoke to anyone. The service is fine. I am not always sure, I am getting the best value for my money, but it’s okay I am not going research or bother about it. I had no problems with the billing and administration.
Description of Work: I used Cincinnati Bell for phone service.
