Description of Work: The windows are very nice. However, be sure to negotiate pricing. The originally quoted "retail" price for our 10 odd shaped rather largish windows and a kitchen garden window was $17,500. Final pricing for the 11 windows was around $10,000. The installation was done by an independent contractor and not by the company. The installers were professional and did an excellent job with the installation but left debris around several of our windows. They also broke an heirloom hanging basket without telling us. In fairness, the installers my not have realized they broke it. Our fault, in a sense, as we were not present when they completed the work. If you own a home built prior to 1978 be sure to negotiate their fee up front for their "lead abatement" process now required by the EPA. Their fee of $40 a window for about $5 worth of plastic sheeting and some wet wipes was pretty funny. Again, this was our fault in not negotiating this cost into the $10,000. We did not realize that 95% of homes built prior to 1978 have lead paint.

Description of Work: They were the ONLY company that would come out & replace a smashed front bay window on short notice due to a car ran into the house. No one else would even send someone out for 6 weeks then window would have had to be ordered. Champion was there when I need'd them

Description of Work: The seal between the upper and lower sashes of double hung windows do not keep cold air out well in lower winter temperatures. Called service attendent twice and got response that the windows are constructed to their specifications.

Description of Work: Replaced front bay window that had been driven into by a car. Everyone said 6 to 8 weeks, Champion said the same but later that day the salesman I used for my patio covering called & said they could do the job in 2 to 3 weeks as I was a previous Champion customer.
