They come when they say they will and they do a good job.

I had some minor problems with them, but the main issue was we had a new brick patio laid right before the solarium went up. They used some type of caulking at the base and the windows and they got the caulking on my new brick patio. They ruined about 30 pavers. I dealt with the manager and he came out and surveyed the patio. We had a contract written out that they would replace them. My main contractors actually went out and bought the new patio pavers to replace it. Champion then refuse to reimburse my contractor, even with the contract we had. We get a lot of leaks in the patio and a lot of worms. I had other issues with the work. The locks on our windows and doors was not working. The gutter they put on the side of the solarium was sticking out right at our back side door. All the rain went into the patio and onto the yard, which ended up with big puddles right by the side door to the solarium. They did come out and move the gutter. That was a common sense issue. I would never use them again and I tell others the same thing. They don't hold onto their word.

Excellent product and impressive quality of installation work.

Initial down payment was provided and the contract with Champion signed in mid-March. Building permits were acquired in mid-April. Work began in early June and continued through mid August when the room was inspected by the city. The project moved much slower than anticipated and getting status on next steps seemed to be more pulled from me rather than pushed by Champion. While the process took much longer than hoped for or expected, the quality of the labor and room design was absolutely first rate. The new room was cleanly integrated onto the existing house including the former exterior stairwell. The room was explicitly designed for the house with extensive window space and low maintenance characteristics using aluminum and vinyl. We have received numerous compliments on the room and overall we are very pleased with the result. While initially I had concerns over the price, I had researched Champion and the local office seemed to have a solid reputation for striving to resolve any project issues with their clients. Most large projects encounter unexpected problems and my inclination has been to select providers who have the breadth of experience, the depth of skills, and the commitment to their clients to overcome those unexpected obstacles that inevitably arise. Sometimes the lowest bidder isn't the best choice when committing to an enduring decision or product. Overall Champion did an excellent job delivering value with their three-season room.

Overall the project went well except it took a little longer than expected, we had rain or expected rain several days. Work site was cleaned up each day. The work crew was very experienced and they did a very professional job. I had several estimates done, and theirs was not the lowest or the highest but after seeing their work on other homes we decided to go with them. I have had several neighbors stop by and tell us how nice the house looks. I would recommend Champion City Windows and Siding and would use them in the future if needed.

To put it all into perspective...It took 6 months to complete a job that I was told would take 6 to 8 weeks. To their benefit, they did give me a small discount but they said that was the best they could do. Once I complained about not getting my calls returned or any updates, the manager (Justin) did come in and take over. He was much better. I would not choose Champion if I had it to do over again.

They completed the work in one day and cleaned up well. Everything turned out good and just as expected.

At first the office girl told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks, when I told her it was smashed out & the temp is in the teens I need help now she replied sorry it takes 6 to 8 weeks. I said so you are telling me you can't help me? She replied sorry soI started calling other window co's. About 20 min later the salesman called & offered to come look at what I had. When he arrived & saw the damage he offered temparary windows, I said no I need the job done one time no temp window then come back to remove & install I just wanted proper window the first time. After some discussion salesman offered to have windows made & installed on a rush bases (2 weeks). They kept up their end of the deal & I am happy.

The experience was great from start through installation. The representative who visited us at the out was very professional and the installers knew their trade and did the job very professionally and extremely promptly. I would recommend Champion for future work without hesitation based upon our experience.

We had the above projects (3) after the first (windows) we were so please we didn't consider any other companies for the other projects. Excellent products, work & clean up.

The entire project went very well. He was neat with his work. Wasn't too chatty, nut answered any question we asked him. Very polite & didn't waste time, a positive experience.

The crew arrived as scheduled. The work was done with no problems and everything was neat when they left.

All went well from estimates to install. Clean and professional. We did have a window crack for whatever reason. Eric is the guy who handles this. He is amazingly professional and very pleasant to have out to the house. He got it fixed and ensured we were 100% satisfied. he has been to the house several times during all of our work and really represents this company well. I hope they seriously take care of him as he is a valuable asset.

Simply said, very well. The two gentlemen who did the work for Champion knew what they were doing and were very efficient at it. Were very careful at all times when in house and left house as clean after the job as before. Job went very fast and looks very professional. Please pass this one to them for me...good job!

They were very clean and efficient with their work. We got 365 windows that are good all year round in keeping the home cold or warm. They were really fast in getting the work done. I think they were only here around 2 hours when I thought it would take all day. The salesman came to our home and did the estimate, and then sent some guys out to make the measurements so they could make the windows. We live about 2 hours away from the store, and they were happy to still service us. We are really enjoying the windows that were put it. They are much sturdier, the locks are easy to use, and the windows are easy to open and close. Another thing they did were insulate the windows really well. The siding was installed on the front of our home and on our gable ends. We did not have insulation under our old siding, so they put insulation up before residing the house. They are a very professional company. The old company that did this job for us in 1992 did not put anything behind our lights. Champion was able to put our lights on a box frame, and not on the siding like they were previous so that they would not push in the siding.

We won Champion's window replacement contest due to the very poor condition of our 85 year old, original windows. We won enough windows to replace half, so we paid for the rest ourselves. The company came out and measured each window carefully (twice), manufactured them at their plant in town and installed them, all within a few weeks. We were informed each step of the process on how things were going in the manufacturing process and they were very professional throughout the whole process. Champion was fast, but very thorough. We had 18 windows installed in less than 2 days. It would have taken 1 day except because our house is so old, they encountered a few surprises in how the original windows were installed. The windows all come with a life time warranty and they will replace any part at no charge. We ended up with a hole in a screen with days (dogs) and they immediately came out and replaced the entire screen rather than just patch it. The windows themselves are fantastic quality, easy to clean and did wonders for our energy costs. The company even did a follow up a few weeks later to make sure we were happy. The only downside is they are rather expensive, but worth the money if you can afford it. A very professional company and we highly recommend them!

It went quite well. We were quite pleased with their service. They installed a patio door about a year ago as well. The products have been high quality and we can tell a difference since the installation with the comfort in our house in general. Since the installation you can tell a big difference in the heating and cooling of our home. We are quite pleased with product.

The installation was fantastic. The sales guy was pretty good as well. The door that they were going to put on our deck was too small. When they bid a new door it was way too high price. They were professional and on time.

They estimate went well but the price was too much. I feel like they were over priced by about 20%, so we didn't go with them. I think their prices are just too high.

I was pleased with the service. They did excellent work. They were on time and friendly and made sure to answer all of my questions. The quality of the work was phenomenal and I would recommend them.

Champion treated me like a valued customer. I would rate them with five stars. I love my sun room and have no complaints. I would tell others they are a good company.

I RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY DAUGHTER, AND I WAS TOLD BY THEM THAT I WOULD GET $50 FOR RECOMMENDING THEM. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A DIME. IF SOMEONE SAYS THEY WILL DO SOMETHING, I THINK THEY SHOULD FOLLOW THROUGH.

THE WINDOWS THEY PUT IN WERE VERY NICE. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. WE WERE LOOKING FOR WINDOWS AND SOMEBODY REFERRED THEM TO US. THEY HAD GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
