I have the tile, and needed someone to install it. After driving some distance to visit their store was told they ONLY install tile that's purchased from them. I asked if he could refer me to someone who laid tile, he said 'no.' RIDICULOUS! Folks in the trades know lots of people who do this work. 'While the salesman was courteous, I left most discouraged. My understanding when joining Angie's List is that my service request would be reviewed and responded to by qualified vendors. That did not happen for me.

From start to finish I had a pleasant experience with this company. I was recommended by a friend to check it out. I spoke with a rep who sent home samples of items so we could decide which color worked best. I chose what I would like and an estimate was sent over. Considering the quality of the carpeting I chose, the estimate was spot on. It took approximately two weeks to get the carpeting ordered and in. After the installation, I noticed a few nails that were not nailed down. I contacted the store and the owner himself came out and went around all the edges to insure it was properly fixed. I am done installing carpet and flooring in my home but recently had them out to my mother's home to measure for some new carpet to be laid in her home. I would recommend them over and over again.

We found the perfect wallpaper and her installers did a wonderful job. I was so happy I went to Vicki to help with designing window treatments for the same room. I can't tell you how many fabric samples we went through in order to find two contrasting fabrics for the valances. The prices are also very competitive with well-known design services; in fact, their prices were about 40% less. What is even more important, is Vicki never pressured me into selecting something I wasn't happy with. In fact, she insisted we keep looking until I found exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to see my window treatments and will definitely use Central Carpets in the future!

I feel that Central Carpet and Interiors was way overpriced. I am happy with the shades, they did a good job making them, but they were awfully expensive. I didn't have a comparison, but I would not use their services in the future.

Central carpet and interiors is a nice group of people that sell a high quality product. Beyond those two things I am not particularly happy. I am not happy for several reasons: 1. During the installation they cut the carpet so that I have 4 seems in my hallway, when the prior carpet had two. When I mentioned this to the managers at central carpet they told me that is normal. My cousin, who does carpet for a living, visited and not only commented on it but said that the installers mad a mistake cutting the carpet. 2. The installation team did not reinstall my closet doors correctly. I had to rehang 8 of them. 3. Prior to purchase the warranty was presented to me as something they fill out and file on my behalf. After 3 requests they provided me with the warranty information and then I had to file it. The form looked like a blurry xerox and was difficult to read/understand. 4. They are the local warranty service provider for my carpet, but because of the lack of professionalism and shoddy work I have doubts about any warranty work that they would provide.

They did everything great and I have no complaints. They were fine. The salesman was great. Bill was the installer and he was very, very good. I don't think the price was too high because I paid. I would recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

Each project we worked with Vicki Saunders who is outstanding in terms of her interior decorating skills and most important, her focus on listening to the needs and desires of her customers and then delivering products and services that meet those needs and desires. Every project she has delivered has met or exceeded our expectations. We have never been disappointed with Central Carpet. Central Carpet also uses outstanding sub-contractors beyond their in-house worker installers. We have worked with other interior designers who sometimes have a superior and ldquo;know-it-alland rdquo; attitude convinced they know what is best for you by telling you what you need and not listening to what you want-Not Vicki. From the start of the design process to the selection of materials, fabrics and colors, Vicki listens, listens, listens. Vicki loves what she does and this is reflected in how hard she works to please her customers. Vicki makes sure the customer understands why she recommends certain choices and why they coordinate well together in the customer's home. If the customer doesn't like the initial recommendations, Vicki will go back the drawing board, make revisions on the customer's input and come up with new recommendations until the customer is satisfied. Central Carpet is always sensitive to the budget of each client and their recommendations reflect that sensitivity. You may have Cadillac ideas but a Volkswagen budget. Central Carpet will stay within that budget and still make your house look like a Cadillac. We have recommended Central Carpet too many friends and family members who are now repeat customers themselves and agree Vicki and her team is the best.

Except for the one hitch everything went just fine. It was a relief to be working with a company that truly wanted to make me happy with their product. It was understandable that the first valance was not right, given the fact that it was chosen from a photo and they had never made one like it. The new curtain rod in my sunroom is a marvel. I thought of it and they made it happen. I am extremely happy with Central Carpet and Interiors, and Vicki Saunders and would definitely call her first the next time I need help with decorating.

Central did very good with the installation. They were very good people and very nice as well. They are a pretty average company here in town. There business is one of the small ones and they are not as expensive as others. They stood by their work and performed high quality service.

THEY WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO SIT AND SHOW ME MANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO DECORATE THESE TWO BIG WINDOWS. THEY MADE SUGGESTIONS AND LET ME DECIDE WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE. THEY MADE MY DECISIONS MUCH EASIER.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK ON MY CARPETS. THEIR QUALITY IS QUITE OUTSTANDING. THEY ARE A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT THEIR QUALITY IS WORTH IT. I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH HOW THE CARPET HAS HELD UP AS WELL.
