Caspers Can Do

This was a husband and wife team, they were totally fantastic.  Unfortunately, they discontinued their service with us some time ago.  I'd use them again in a heartbeat if they ever start up again.

I use Capers Can Do on a bieweekly basis to clean the hallways of a rental property I own (I live out of state). When I contacted them for an estimate, they were professional, courteous and responsive. I've used them for a couple of months now and the feedback from my tenants has been overwhelmingly positive! As an out of state landlord, I rely heavily on service providers to make sure that my property is maintained in tip-top shape - most importantly, I know I can count on the Caspers to not only do what needs to be done without any oversight, but to take the initiative to do the extra step when needed. Wonderful work

Caper's Can Do, is a married couple who seemed very conscientious to use the cleaning supplies we wanted them to use. They did a fine job, even cleaned on a Saturday, last minute. They quoted me $25 less than the bill they sent, but overall a good experience.

The first clean was between $175-185. The second time they cleaned would have been $150 and the third and regular cleaning would be $125. They were very nice. I might use them for some handyman work.

They always do a great job.

The Caspers were recommended by a friend and proved to be as good as they were portrayed. The worked around our busy schedule and cleaned the way we wanted things cleaned. For example, they thoroughly cleaned up the dog hairs in our family room and they damp mopped all of the wooden floors. They are always punctual and their fees are reasonable. They work quickly, but carefully.
