Customer Service was great. They worked with us to find the carpet we wanted at the price we could afford. Installers were professional and skilled. Job was completed faster than we expected.

This is our second installation with the Carpet House, but the first with the new owners Doug and Jackie. I can't say enough about the wonderful job they do! They had great ideas on laminate flooring to match our dark wood trim, and we are so happy with the finished product. The installers were top notch as well. We had over 50% of the first floor included with this job. The guys didn't an amazing job, flooring looks perfect, they arranged our furniture back as they worked, and they cleaned up every day. They also spent a large amount of time creating a curved wood trim section around our fireplace instead of putting in some cheap rubber substitute. Real attention to detail to make everything look right! We recommend them to any of our friends or family looking for new flooring!

Carpet House is extremely professional and reliable. In their store they offer a wide variety of floor coverings. We wanted a rug that would hold up to office use. The lady who helped us quickly pointed out which types of rugs would stand up best in that environment. We took some samples home with us to try out in the room and to test against paint samples. When we had selected a carpet, they sent a someone out to measure the room and calculate the exact price for the rug and installation. For each of the rugs we have had from Carpet House the installers have come when they said they would. Their installation team is very experienced. The man in charge has worked for Carpet House for decades. They do very quick, neat work. For this most recent installation, the rug needed to be placed with the pattern running in a particular direction, and that went off without a hitch.

Excellent selection of carpets and we're very happy with the one we picked. They did excellent work replacing all the carpet on our first floor. It took two days and it was all worth it.

Everything was done in a timely manner prior to (measuring and ordering product) and during installation. The installer did a beautiful job and cleaned up after each day of working. I love my new flooring and have already recommended it to others.

Carpet house installed pet padding and carpet in the family room , hallway, and living room. They also installed linoleum tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. Before they began they ripped out all the carpet and padding. They did everything they said they were going to do, cleaned up afterwards very nicely, and everything looked great. The guys were professional and I would use them again.

THEY PUT IN GOOD QUALITY CARPET. THEY HELPED ME PICK OUT THE BEST CARPET THAT WOULD GO WITH MY HOME. THEY ARE REALLY NICE PEOPLE. WHEN THEY INSTALLED IT, THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE FOR FREE, UNLIKE OTHER COMPANIES THAT CHARGE TO DO THAT.
