We had a water line between our ice-maker to the water source. So we ended up having a lot of water damage that destroyed our kitchen floor, wood floors, carpeting. We went back to them after having a good experience with them first back in February of last year. They are very professional, very courteous. They have a very wide selection. They offer tremendous customer service. They offer lots of brand choices and if they didn?t have it, they ordered it for us for no extra cost to us. They are a wonderful company.

Awful......they put the carpet seam in the middle of the living room which is a focal point.  Not hidden or masked in any way.  Came to inspect and repair once still looks the same and won't make right on the issue.  I've also made a instance with the BBB.  Awful Awful customer service.  They keep blowing me off.  Also when they came to repair they said they'd be at my house between 9am-10am.....so they showed up at 4:30pm....... Don't use......RUN!!!!!

I KNOW THE PEOPLE WHO ARE THERE AND THEY ARE VERY, VERY FRIENDLY. THEY HAVE VERY COMPETITIVE COSTS. THE CARPET THAT I GOT INSTALLED IS OF GOOD QUALITY. I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THEM.
