I’ve never provided public feedback before, but I feel obligated to compliment this company. They did honest work in delivering a quality patio cover with real customer service. From the knowledge and accessibility of their salesman to the last installer driving gutter screws, they were professional, communicative, courteous and eager to make sure I was happy. They were not the cheapest, but I have no regret’s because the process and final product exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can't speak highly enough about, not only the service I received from Buschurs Home Improvement Center, but ultimately, the end product. First, Jody Johnson was very informative about the product. What I liked the most was that he was straight-forward and matter-of-fact about options. Secondly, Jake and Roger along with their team were so courteous to my family and my house. But obviously, the cherry on top was the amazing installation and end result. We couldn't be happier with our new bowed window. It really opens our living space and improved our energy expenditure in the summer and winter months. We will be using Buschurs for years to come. Thanks again.

Experience was smooth from the presentation through the installation of the windows. Jody the installer was prompt, courteous and cleaned up after each day of work.

Leaking cutter, downspout, that originally was installed by them. The owner came out made recommendation by sending his guys out to repair the problem. They did a great job, no more leaks. I have used Buschur's for all my home inprovements.

We were tremendously pleased with the professionalism of every member of the Buschur's work crews; each provided craftsmanship and clear communication each step of the way. Without any hesitation, we would recommend them to anyone who wants a sunroom. We WILL use them again!

Early this spring we decided we wanted to have a sunroom built. We had a concrete patio but couldn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked due to the weather and bugs, so we figured it was time to do something about it. Our initial contact was with Jody Johnson who came to do the estimate. He looked at our house, asked questions about what we had in mind, and took some measurements. Our house has a large wall of windows so that limited our options on the size of the sunroom and where it could be attached to the house. We actually ended up going with a larger sunroom than we initially anticipated because of those windows, but we are very pleased with how it turned out. Jody was our main contact throughout the project. After we signed the sales contract, his role changed to project manager. He promised that if we contacted him with any questions, he would respond within 24 hours and he did as promised. Communication is very important in a project like this and Jody provided several means to contact him--via phone, email, or by text. Having different methods of contact was very helpful--sometimes a text was great for a quick question, or a phone call was better when something needed more discussion, or an email if I needed to send a photo. Jody did a great job throughout this whole project! Their engineer, Harold, came out next to do the detailed measurements. He also answered questions about our options for installing a mini split heating/ac unit (done by a different company) and he located a great woodworker to build us some oak steps, when I was having problems finding someone to build them. Mark and Danny were the installers. Another person also helped on the first day when they cut back the roof, but I didn't get his name. They did an excellent job with the installation. I spoke with Mark and he said he had been doing this for nearly 20 years and his experience definitely showed!! He took care to make sure everything was sealed well. I appreciated his attention to detail and doing a neat job. I know how easy it is to mess up a caulking job, especially against brick, but Mark's caulking was very neatly done. We have had several heavy rains since then and there have been no leaks whatsoever. Buschurs uses their own employees to do the installations so this means they are very experienced and do a great job with the installation. The down side is there may be a backlog, especially during the busy months, and you will need to wait before the construction can begin. We signed the contract on May 15th and the room was finished on Aug. 5th (but this also included a two-week delay for a zoning variation we had to request). So if you want a sunroom to enjoy in the summer, it is best to start the process earlier in the year. This sunroom project turned into a "backyard makeover" and during this process we used 10 different companies. Of these companies, two companies provided outstanding service and Buschurs was one of those two. They did a great job, and we would not hesitate to used them again in the future. We love the new room and have been using it most every day. (And no mosquitoes!!) Thanks Buschurs for a job well done!

Contractor was very friendly and helpful. The installer of the patio cover was prompt and efficient. The job was done in one day as promised. The fan was then installed by an electrician sent by the contractor. Everything went well and the patio cover looks good and the construction site was left clean.

The work went very well. The concrete people were great. They were neat, thorough, and friendly. The new patio is perfect. The Buschers crew who built the actual room were also very good and attentive to detail. We have a beautiful new sunroom and are completely satisfied with all of the Buschurs employees, including the salesman and plan on using them for any future needs!

I liked their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile to get things done. I had a couple of windows with parts that were broken and are guaranteed for life, but they don't make those windows anymore. He took off the latches and was going to take them in and match them up and do whatever he needed to do to get them working again. He follows through after over 20 something years. If I need anything he give me parts I need. He's a great guy. I'd say their price is on the high side, but you get what you pay for.

We spent about $18000 on that service. It is a beautiful room and we love it. They were very reliable, did the work and they were very proficient. They just came in, did the job, cleaned up the mess and left. They haven’t called to see if everything is okay, but know my husband has been in contact with them. They lived up to our expectations. Our experience with them was excellent. We thought that the pricing was very comparable. We priced the glass room with windows and it was almost $8000 more and it was vinyl windows and not glass. We thought that the price for that was very realistic. We had several discounts and one of them for being On Angies List. They came out even before they told us they been here and had it done in two days. The salesman that we called was John and he came out and was very professional. We would use them again. They were excellent and we were very pleased.

The agent was knowledgeable and friendly, and took the appropriate time to provide the est. and information.

They were expensive. They didn’t have what I wanted. They were professional. They had a reasonable quote but I found a better one. I wouldn’t use them in the future.

We spent around $3000 for their service. They weren’t so great. They had to come back out and re-fix some items on three out of the five windows. They need to improve on their quality because the quality of their installation was really bad. I called them back after they installed and told them that we had problems on three windows. I told them that I wasn’t happy at all. So, they sent the repairman back out. He actually wanted to know why I called and who I talked to reporting there was a problem. So, I was kind of stuck in the middle of this. They never sent anybody from the company and nobody from the company ever called to see what the problem was or if the problem had been fixed correctly. So, the repairman came back again and the problem did get fixed correctly. I wasn’t happy with the fact that the company didn’t check if it was fixed correctly. They never asked me if I was happy with the serviceman and if there was anything they could do to improve the next time. Then they called back several times since then since they wanted to know if I wanted their products. Every time I talked to them, I told them that I wasn’t happy the first time and I never ever heard a word from them every time I complained when they wanted to know if I wanted new products. I wouldn’t use them again.

They came out and gave me an estimate. They stuck to the estimate. They were punctual. They were very fast and efficient in completing the job. They had a good crew of people to do that. They were very friendly and nice. That made a big difference. I was very satisfied with the end result. They were excellent in terms of punctuality. I would use their services again in the future.

From start to finish, they were very professional (although there was one small mis-measurement, they resolved the issue immediately) The work was completed in the three coldest days of this year, and we are extremely satisfied. The crew removed all construction debris and left the property better than they found it. Everyone we worked with at Buschur's was friendly, polite and competent ~a positive endorsement for their company.

I FELT THE COMPANY'S SERVICE WAS OVER PRICED. THE WORKERS WEREN'T ALWAYS ON TIME, THEY TOOK OFF TO DO ANOTHER JOB. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO COME CLEAN UP THE MESS THEY LEFT IN MY FRONT YARD.
