It went perfectly. Steve Hutchison came river to my home and worked on it. Later, we learned that the service would go better if he took my computer to his office to work on. He added some memory, added some memory and updated the operating system. It has been five years since I retired and left an office with in-house computer service. Steve came to me rescue and I will be eternally grateful. My computer is running very well now and I am a happy camper, thanks to Steve Hutchison. He's the best.

The staff is so friendly. Nevin called to keep me updated on the problems and the repairs. I would give this service a "10", couldn't ask for a better experience. Love the upgrade on my computer!
