Overall I was very pleased. I called Brian and left a message explaining my roof was leaking and that I would like to talk to him about getting it repaired. He returned my call the next morning, we talked a bit and set up an appointment to come out. Since I was not available, he came out on a Saturday. He arrived at the agreed upon time and was very personable. We discussed the issue and I showed him where I was seeing signs of the leak. He went up on the roof and after inspecting the area of the leak as well as the rest of the roof came back down. We discussed the issues that he found and what he felt was needed to fix the problem. He also took the time to let me know what he found when he inspected the rest of the roof. He said that one metal valley was a bit short and it also had a tear in it. He said that he would take care of that and while he was up there, he would seal any other items extending through the roof. He was not pushy, trying to sell me an entire roof, which I very much appreciated. He did inform me of what, deep down, I already knew, that I had about 1-3 years left on my roof. Like I mentioned above, he was very personable and easy to talk to and he took the time to answer all my questions. He ended up coming out a couple of days later while I was at work and made the repair. I am happy to say that since the repair, it has rained a few times, some very heavy and I have not experienced any further leaking. I would definitely recommend Brian.

Mr. Bauer came to my home to resolve some attic ventilation issues I'm having. He was very nice, and prompt when he came the first time. The second time he came, the next day, was to take measurements, again very nice, but came in the morning instead of the afternoon as he'd said. Then, NOTHING. No estimate, never returned phone calls, nothing, like he just disappeared. What a disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!!
