Description of Work: Consulted on wood floor and provided the wood flooring. They were extremely knowledgeable and did not have any agenda to push when I was deciding the kind of wood flooring I wanted. They have a flair for decorating tips. I would definitely return. They are a bit pricey though.

Description of Work: We went to the store to pick out hardwood samples. We thought we wanted solid hardwood, and told the woman we bought a house w/no basement, but it didn't occur to her that we actually couldn't use solid hardwood on a slab (later learned that from another co). We returned our original samples, and someone helped us pick out new ones. I fell in love with one particular sample that supposedly was $12/sq.ft on sale. We brought it home - in fact, we still have the sample, but we've never heard from our salesperson. We went to another store at the same time for a comparison. They didn't carry the wood sample we loved from Bockrath, but were so responsive that they specially ordered it for us - and at $5/ sq. ft. cheaper! So, we used the wood sample from Bockrath, but got the same wood cheaper from a company who seemed to care more about our business than Bockrath did. Although we obviously loved the quality of the products, we were disappointed in their responsiveness. It felt like our business was not important to them.

Description of Work: Carpet 1500 sq ft. Hardwood - 4 x 9 area.
