Installation of both surfaces was done professionally and timely. Quality of work was exceptional. Only minor was several days lost during installation due to sickness of workers.

The saleswoman was very helpful and came out to my house to look at the samples I had chosen. The work was done sooner than I thought, which was a good thing! The workmen were professional, finished the job when they said they would and were as clean as they could be while installing. I would definitely use Bockrath's again!!

On time arrival, pleasant 3 – man crew worked efficiently to install carpet. Lisa was very helpful in carpet selection, bringing the ultimate selection sample, when she came to measure.

The Bockrath Flooring representative that we purchased the hardwood flooring, Brent Severson, was extremely resourceful in finding an almost exact match of hardwood flooring that would match existing flooring in other rooms. He came out to our house before the installation to see what, if any, problems the installers would have and, in addition, made detailed sketches to determine exactly the amount of flooring that would be required. Brent presented us with a detailed written work description which explicitly stated what work Bockrath's would perform, such as moving the furniture, taking up of existing flooring, and putting protective pads on the legs of the furniture before it was moved back into positioin. The installers, Travis and Matt, were outstanding professionals. Besides their work being meticulous, they acted professionally - wore clean work clothes, and generally acted as the gifted craftsmen that they are. Cleaning up after every day's work was also done. Bockrath's did not do the trim work but did recommend a great outfit that did another outstanding job for us, Wannemacher's Door & Trim Service out of Xenia, Oh. We were charged a higher price for the work than one may have received at a box store, but, in the end, we received excellent quality flooring, trim, and installation !

Went to store looked at samples. Salesman came out and measured, carpet layers came pulled at old carpet and laid new carpet. Great to work with!

The installers showed up at the correct time on the appointed day and got right to work. They were completely professional and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't have asked for more, and love my new carpet!

Brent Severson was the sales person, and he was very helpful. We are delighted with our purchase. We have purchased many carpet pieces and tile through Brent. He and others at Bockrarth are very helpful and professional, and we would highly recommend Brent as a very knowledgeable sale person and Bockrath as an organization.

My salesman, Brent, was very professional,knowledgeable, and very nice to work with. He came to the house to measure and offered useful advice about color selection. The installers were pleasant and professional. Extra carpet from the end of the roll was left. It turned out to be sufficient to do our basement steps. Brent helped me set up this installation at a reasonable cost.

I could not have been happier with Bockrath and its professionals. We initially looked at Bockrath because of the excellent job they did at a neighbor's home. We were skeptical because the pricing appeared to be very high. After watching the bidding process with Bockrath and two other companies, I became convinced that you get what you pay for. In the showroom, the sales rep Brent was extremely helpful and patient. He gave us many different ideas on flooring options and what look each of them would achieve. When we were ready for the estimate, Brent was very detailed in his measurements and approach. He gave me plenty of information to be able to make informed decisions about how the floor should be installed, and his design ideas were much appreciated. He followed the entire process throughout, from original contact, to estimation, to ordering, to installation. The installation team led by Travis was also excellent. They were meticulous in how the floor was installed. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day and left no trace of sawdust or debris behind. Brent also helped us select carpeting which was then bound into custom area rugs. This option gave our nonstandard shaped/sized living the ability to have a beautiful rug which fit the space. The third service Bockrath provided was carpeting on the stairs. Once again, Brent helped us select the product that would look great and wear well, The installation team led by Joe was top notch. I especially appreciated how the small nuances were handled; it is these small details that sets Bockrath apart from other flooring companies. Once again, you pay a bit more for these details, and the process runs a little bit slower, but it is worth it in the long run. So if you are looking for great quality that will last for decades, especially if your house has any details in it that are nonstandard, I highly recommend Bockrath and Brent and their installation professionals.

We worked with Brent at Bockrath to replace 4 rooms of carpet. Brent is extremely knowledgeable about the carpet lines he sells, plus he also has a good eye for color and design which we really appreciated when making our stye and color selection. What a positive experience to work with someone who knew their product. Brent scheduled our carpet installation with two very skilled carpet installers, Joe and Brian. They were respectful of our property, took great care when moving our furniture, cleaned their work area each day before leaving, showed up at the appointed time each day and best of all did a wonderful installation. We highly recommend Brent for his product knowledge and experience plus Joe and Brian for their expert craftsmanship as carpet installers.

Company called twice to confirm date and time of carpet installation. Two carpet layers were on time, very thorough, friendly, and kept the rest of our home clean.

I expect the install to take one full day and part of other – it took two free day & this on the third day.

I highly recommend using Bockrath for all your flooring needs. They work with your budget and take the stress out of replacing flooring. They move everything out for you and move it back in. They even made a map of where the furniture goes so they can get it just the way you like it. I recommend Brent, he has great design sense and ideas. I will use them in the future when the needs arise.

Our first experience was ordering an area rug for the tile entrance to our home. The first rug that came in from their supplier had uneven edges, and smelled terribly moldy. They reordered and when the second rug came in to the store they didn't even deliver it. Our sales rep said it smelled moldy too, and they were going to attempt to clean/treat it to see if it improved. She wasn't happy with it and ordered a third time, which turned out to be just fine. They went above and beyond to make it right for us. It was a pricey purchase and we are very pleased with the final result. We then decided that we couldn't live with the carpet that was in the house when we moved in and worked with the same sales person (Lisa) to price and select carpet. She was most helpful and accommodating and very patient with us as we were having difficulty making color choices in a carpet that we felt we could afford. Lisa assured us that the carpet could be installed in the time frame we needed, and that their installers were experienced and would have no problem with moving and repositioning furniture, (some of which is large and heavy). We can't say enough good things about the installers! They were indeed very experienced and professional, took great pride in their work, and were pleasant and anxious to please. They took great care with our home and furnishings, cleaned up after themselves, and in general were a delight to work with. We would not hesitate in the least to do business with this company again, and to recommend them to others. It is such a pleasure to find a company/business with quality products and personnel, high standards, and superb customer service.

Tom was the most professional, patient, and kind consultant that I've ever dealt with. He was the only one I've ever known to be kind, so that we were able to make thoughtful decisions. The installers were just as professional as Tom and treated my home with such respect.

Absolutely great! Rick and Jeremy and Dustin arrived promptly at 0900 and began work. They first removed the old carpet and padding, did a few other things they needed to do before installation, and then here comes our new carpeting!They were extremely polite, confident and professional. Additionally we met our salesman, Brent, at the Bockrath store a few months earlier when we first began looking for carpeting. He listened to what we wanted, found samples, made suggestions, and in the end, everything was exactly what we wanted, including the rug that actually fits beneath our extremely large dining table. Brent was quite professional, but the more we met with him, the easier our relationship became until he felt like an old friend. He is a hoot and we couldn't be happier that we got to work with him. We've even invited him to our house so he can see the final results of our remodeling. Thank you Bockrath!

From start to finish, my experience with Bockrath was great. Brent helped to select the three different kinds of flooring we wanted (carpet, wood, tile) that would look good together. When Brent came to the house for consultation/measuring, I was very impressed by his knowledge of the products as well as his design sense. When scheduling the installation, Brent worked well with my time constraints, and he sent two fantastic installers, Joe and Brian. The job took several days, and what could have seemed like an ordeal was made pleasant by having two very professional and personable installers doing the work. Joe even fixed a creak in the floor (that Brent had noticed earlier) before the wood was installed. Joe's and Brian's floor installations were excellent, displaying first-rate workmanship. The third and final part of my experience (see below) with Bockrath made me realize that they will go the extra mile for their customers. After the install was complete, I noticed a defective pattern in some parts of my Karastan carpet. (I did not notice this on the day the job was finished, and neither did the installers b/c the house was so bright with all the window coverings removed. But the defect was visible when the lighting in the rooms was back to normal.) Brent / Bockrath was very responsive and sent Adam out to look at the carpet. (They also sent out their carpet repair specialist to see if the defect could be corrected, but it could not.) Adam / Bockrath worked hard to resolve the issue with Karastan, and when Karastan did not meet my expectations, Bockrath made good. (Karastan was willing to replace the carpet, but family/work obligations made it impossible to arrange for another installation--as it took a few years to make time for this one!) Karastan then offered a final price adjustment I thought was too low, but I agreed to the amount just to have some closure and to move on. To my surprise, Brent continued to work to find a better resolution, and he called me a few days later to say that Bockrath would make up the difference between Karastan's price adjustment and the amount I thought was fair and reasonable. I most definitely will be going back to Bockrath the next time I need flooring. And while they might not be the least expensive flooring store around, I do think that, with Bockrath, you get what you pay for. They did great work from start to finish--and that includes taking care of their customer even after the job was done (and paid for).
