Bockrath Flooring & Rugs

Installed well. Carpet reported as pet friendly _ performed remarkably when my dog washed no linitery. The sales rep Lisa guided me to this carpet. I am grateful.

It's not 100% completed yet, but I'm sure it will look great when it is.

Was a fantastic experience. The saleslady spent a great deal of time with me, showing me different carpet samples, providing explanations, and helping me choose the right carpet for my budget. The installers were very nice and highly experienced. They worked hard and got my condo done in 1 1/2 days (my condo is small). This company is higher priced than some other places I investigated, but it was worth it to me. I really think this carpet is of great quality that will last a long time.

From the estimate to the installation, everything went smoothly. The installers were tidy, professional, and good an communicating arrival and departure times.

I could not have asked for a better experience. My last carpet purchase was from one of the large box stores and was horrible from start to finish, and left me very reluctant to shop for carpet. Brent Severson was the salesperson who helped me on my visit to the store. He is extremely knowledgable about all their products, and was very helpful in helping me select the carpet, with absolutely no pressure. He was very accommodating when scheduling for measurement, and when there was a mix up about the time (my error, not his) and I was pressed for time he came right over and did the measurement for me even though it was not at our scheduled time. He kept me updated about the status of my ordered and scheduled the installation immediately. Gary, the installer was such a kindly gentleman, even allowing my dogs to pester him, and meticulous with both the removal of the old carpet and the installation of the new. The finished staircase is beautiful and I doubt that this level of personal and quality service can be duplicated by any of the chain stores.

It was done very well. Two guys came and it was a large area rug. They put down the padding and the rug and took care of everything. It really was beautiful, they do very good work. We were working with a decorator and went to Bockrath to pick out the rug. Mr. Parker and his assistant came out and it was a service provided by Bockrath as part of buying the carpet. The price included the delivery service and placing it in the home. Two people came out to do the work and it took about 20 minutes. It was like an area rug. They made sure it was squared and all that. The area was pristine after they left. They did everything well dealing with carpeting and floor.

Tom Kenney, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. The installation crew, Matt and Travis were courteous, clean, and treated our home with the utmost care. We did not meet the trim guy; Dave, but we are very happy with his work as well. We would definitely hire Bockrath again!

Timely installation and quality work

Beyond my expectations! The house is old and required extra care. Several very large pieces of furniture had to be moved also. Beautiful job.

It was great. I really like that company very much. I would highly recommend them. We had bought a rug from them years ago. It was starting to wrinkle when you vacuum it. It was an oriental rug. We went to them and asked if there was anything that could be done about that. They said, yes, if I put a thicker pad under it. I went back and they cut a pad for the rug. It has been very satisfactory. It's good to go. I think the salespeople there are nice and knowledgeable. This is a really good experience. I think they're very competitive. I would definitely use them in the future.

They were really good. I like them. I had them multiple times. They did an exceptional job with the hardwood. It wasn't cheap. I was saving up to buy a swimming pool and it pretty well took my pool fund. The price was what I expected. They were punctual. I knew when they were coming and they showed up. They were terrific. The fellows who did the hardwood floors were exceptionally good. I bought area rugs from them in the past before I had them do the hardwood in the lower level flooring.

We bought flooring from them and we bought carpeting from them. The service and product that we got was outstanding. If we sell the house and we need the same things we will go back to them. They installed it when they said they were going to. The installation specialist that came out was prompt, they cleaned up after and the salesman who worked with was out looking at the site. So there was good follow-up. I have actually recommended them a few times based on what they did for us.

It went very well. They do good work. They're like the premier around here. They're not the cheapest but they have a good quality. They made an error in measuring and I had to wait again.

This was outstanding and made me come back.
