*We DO NOT install flooring that is not purchased through our facility. We DO NOT do wood resurfacing jobs. We DO NOT do wood repair jobs on floors not originally purchased from us.* Bockrath Flooring and Rugs is a second generation, family-owned and operated business serving the Miami Valley since 1959. We take great pride in our service and expertise in floor covering. Our designer showroom offers an extensive collection of name brand carpets, rugs, and hard surface flooring. Our 16,000 sq. foot showroom offers over 60 hardwood samples, and 10 LVP samples installed in our showroom, to view at a larger scale. We offer complementary in house interior design service, along with free estimates, Bockrath's has professional installers, and offer a Lifetime Installation Warranty for as long as you own the flooring. In 2014, Bockrath's expanded their showroom and introduced The Rug Studio. Our Rug Studio can create any size, any shape, any style Rug to fit your space. Description of Work: They were late to get here to measure and late to get started when installing. They did do a good job however their tardiness and lack of communication left a lot to be desired. I emailed them regarding my concerns and never received a response. Obviously they aren't concerned . |

Description of Work: We have used Bockrath in the past for carpetry and though higher priced than others they have done an excellent job. This time they installed sheet goods and carpetry but our overall experience was not good. The installation workmanship was excellent. However the salesman provided very poor guidance and we were misled about the sheet good that was actually installed. The salesman showed us a sample of a sheet good in a pattern that was acceptable but it came in had a color we did not like. He offered another color which we did like. The sheet good that was actually installed had the proper color but it had a different pattern and texture neither of which we liked. In essence the performance of the installers was excellent; the performance of the salesman was very poor. We would insist on another salesman in the future; preferably a designer.

I recall that we needed a certain white and there were only a few to select from and it was the best color and texture that we had to offer. We did visit the samples several times and although it wasn't exactly what you and your wife wanted, I hoped it would more pleasing to you once it was installed. Description of Work: Met with Lisa initially at Bockrath showroom. Chose samples to take home. Set up with in-house measurements and finalized transaction. Lisa is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the products offered. Her assistance in choosing color and designs was outstanding. I highly recommend this company and Lisa for all flooring needs. I am carpeting a small bedroom but will soon be carpeting entire home with Lisa's expertise and a great product.

Description of Work: It took 2 calls to get someone to call me regarding an estimate. Finally got a call and was unable to take the call do to work. After returning technician call waiting 2 more days with no response. After a week I gave up and chose another provider.

The sales staff was excellent and we were provided a multitude of options on both carpet and padding. The sales person worked with us on your very tight schedule, with measurements and installation date set within two days. The installation was timely, professional and the installers very prompt. A very good experience overall.

Brent was very courteous and helpful in picking out what we used. The installers -- John and Tony -- were very good. The quality was super along with their attention the detail. I strongly recommend the Brent, John and Tony team. Coordination with others involved in the overall renovation project is critical.

My experience was good. They came when they said they were going to come. They showed up on time every day, and finished it when they said they were going to do. I had no problem with them. They are a little higher on the price, but I was happy to do that because their quality was A.

The sales staff was helpful, punctual with the appointment for measure and professional in all activities. The installer did a fabulous job and asked many questions to be sure it was installed to our exact requirements. The cost was reasonable considering the high quality of the carpet and the workmanship of the installer. HIghly recommend them and will absolutely used them again.

I have used them a lot. I am satisfied with their product. They have quality products and their installation is reliable and good. Bockrath works well with their customers and are good at trying to satisfy complaints. I had a problem with my flooring and they came out and fixed it and did not charge me.

They worked with us to evaluate our current carpet and helped us pick out a similar carpet. They were very helpful and led us through the process during what could have been a difficult and hectic time for us, making us feel at ease. Installation was over two days, and the installers were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They did a great job, even with a patterned berber that required a lot of pattern match-up.
Description of Work: After a pipe break/flood in our living room, we had to replace the berber carpet. Insurance paid for this in the area that was damaged, but this same carpet was in most of the house, so we chose to do the whole house and paid the difference.
