+ -1 moreAppraiser called us on the way over to the house to see if he could access the property, which was still occupied by the previous owners. Would have been helpful if he had contacted us to get the selling agent's name to ensure he had access. He had to reschedule to get access. He was successful on the second try.
Description of Work: Appraised our new home prior to purchase.
