Description of Work: They performed a home inspection that found several things that needed to be addressed, such as the electrical, HVAC needed to be serviced and some things that didn't need immediate attention. Very professional and took a lot of pictures of some of the things he saw.

 + -1 moreWhen I called to schedule they had a spot available even before my requested date. The inspector was there on time even arriving and beginning the house inspection before I arrived. It took several hours and he went into great depth, walking me thorough the systems and how they worked. ie HVAC, gas fireplace, etc. After the inspection he went through the report with me and then emailed it to me. The report lists all the model numbers of the systems which will come in handy one day. He notes everything, minor or major, and then it is up to you the buyer, to determine what you would like to have the seller fix before the home sale is complete. They do work for the buyer and I would highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreIn the process of buying my house, I had a Best Inspections Srvcs tech come out. He was on time and very thorough. The owners agent was present and tried to argue with him on many of the problems he found. He stood his ground and showed us both exactly what was wrong. The inspection the tech made was instrumental in getting the seller to replace the roof at no cost to me. For a $250 inspection, I ended up getting a free $6000 new roof.
Description of Work: Complete Home Inspection including wood-boring insect inspection.

Description of Work: They did a home inspection for us. Very detailed. All the big things they noticed that needed to be repaired we had a second opinion to make sure and all were confirmed. We were very happy with what they observed.
