+ -1 moreJoe is a professional and handled the service call very well. We had to change the appointment several times due to various reasons and Joe was ok with that. It did not give me an impression even once that he was trying to cheat me or charge me for something that was not needed. I have heard plenty of horror stories about the over charging part. One other thing - Joe definitely trusts the person he is giving the service to. He is ok if I were to pay after a few days. There is no panic from his side. I would definitely use Joe again.

+ -1 moreHE IS VERY THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE'S FAMILIAR WITH THE TYPE OF HOME WE LIVE IN, WHICH IS CRUCIAL. YOU JUST CAN'T GO WRONG WITH HIM BECAUSE HE IS A GOOD UPSTANDING GUY.
