After we had a rather serious chimney fire, I talked about it online. Instantly, Mike Lynch of the company got word and made contact with me. His first concern was were we okay and then that we get an inspection immediately by an honest, experienced inspector and someone of integrity . Concerned about both the family and the home. He said that safety was the most important issue. He was going to be working in my community the next day and offered to come inspect the damage at no charge. We made arrangements for a visit and the next morning, right on time Mr. Lynch and his partner were there. They gave a thorough inspection which included an assessment of the chimney, the roof (shingles), and thorough photos of the insert in the chimney from above and also came into the house and inspected the fireplace from that vantage point. They also determined the condition of the brick wall in the garage in back of the fireplace and the bin where we empty our ashes into. No stone was left unturned, literally. We wanted the work done right away but being heavily booked, Mr. Lynch recommended that we contact another reputable chimney company of our choice, so we contacted someone else and requested an inspection and possible repair. I did not tell the other company that we'd already had an inspection. The 2nd company came and inspected and their assessment was EXACTLY what Mr. Lynch and his partner had told us. We wanted the work done immediately (that day) so we chose the second company because Beavercreek Garage Door and Home Repair was heavily booked. He did say he would try to figure out a way but didn't know if it was going to be possible. We would have saved money and most definitely were confident to use Beavercreek Garage Door and Home Repair if it had been possible. In my opinion, this company is as honest, affordable and as forthright as anything else you can find. They will always be #1 on my speed dial for any home issues we encounter. We will always start out first by contacting them. That was our experience and I would encourage others to feel comfortable using their services. I certainly have no reservations. I will price this service as zero dollars as we were not charged.
