Called for an appointment this morning and they were there within the next hour. Great price - even provided me with a $15.00 coupon which I was not aware of. Ive been looking for a company I could count on for annual maintenance checks and now Ive found one!

They started by cleaning out each heating vent and then went to the cold air ducts. After they completed that they moved to the basement and actually cleaned out the duct work. They were here for approx 4 hours and Greg and Doug were very punctual and professional. The only problem was when I asked what to expect they told me they would be working in the basement when in fact they needed access to all the vents and cold air ducts. I appreciate that they cleaned the vents out but I would have liked to have been prepared for it.

They were good. They did what they said they were doing to do. They got in and out. The price didn't change.

They were very responsive and they came when they said they were going to come. They did the work they described and needed to be done. There wasn't anything I really disliked. I thought that they were very good. Their price was basically in the ballpark with everyone else. They were very professional.

A friend recommended them. They used to check and clean our old furnace and do the wintertime maintenance. We will continue to use them.

I’m not really sure how much I spent on their services. They’re very thorough. They did a good job. They took their time and it took about eight hours to do the entire house. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

I interviewed several different furnace and air-conditioning people, but I liked them very well. They were recommended to me by my neighbors’ well, so I went with them. There were a couple of others that I felt would have probably been as good, but I went with Barker Heating & Air Conditioning and I am very satisfied. I spent a little over $2500 on that service for the furnace and air-conditioner. They did not think that I needed any air-duct cleaning to be done. I just felt like they were thorough and I haven’t had any problem, so that is a plus, and I am very happy with the system. Their price might have been a little less than some others.

This is an ongoing service. We have a long (many years) relationship with Barker. They are honest and we trust them. Not much else to say. The cost of the annual service is built into our budget, a little under a hundred dollars twice a year. If I had any advice for homeowners, it would be find a company like Barker and have your heating and central air checked and serviced every year. The cost of having a professional "check" your heating and cooling is much less than the cost of a major repair. Barker has worked hard to help us avoid the latter.

The representative that came to the house for the estimate was a bit condescending and a know-it-all. So he kinda turned me off to the company from the start. I asked for a range of products at different levels of price like good, better and best scenarios. However when he came back to give me the quote he only had the one estimate. After receiving 6 different estimates this company was the highest priced. Overall I didn't like the sales representative and the price was the highest so we did not use them for our HVAC needs.

Great! It was cold without a furnace in December, but they worked efficiently and quickly to make sure we had everything installed correctly and as quickly as possible. Note: We requested a few other estimates. Once we chose them they were able to fit us in the next day.

Totally professional and competent.

Estimated price nearly 1000 dollars below competition, for same equipment. Installed in one day. My existing humidifier was not working properly, tech came back next day to install part. Charged me an additional $160 dollars to install a $45 dollar part. Not much communication once I signed contract. Example, 2 weeks after installation, I get a note saying I had to have inspection from county building inspectors. I had to take an additional day off work to wait for the inspector. I could have scheduled him the same day as installation. Overall, a pretty good job. Just a few minor gripes. System works fantastic so far. Tech did not know how to operate the infinity thermostat. It has a lot of bells and whistles, which I don't know how to use properly, due to installers lack of knowledge.

BARKER HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING HAVE A VERY GOOD HEAD ON THEIR SHOULDERS AND ARE RUNNING A VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIBLE, AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

THEY DO REALLY GOOD WORK. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY GOOD, AND THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. WE SCHEDULE SERVICE EVERY YEAR, AND WE THINK THE PRICES ARE FAIR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I LIKED HOW THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE JUST FANTASTIC. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A PROFESSIONAL BUNCH OF PEOPLE.
