B&B FENCE SERV

B&B was supposed to come out on April 10,Saturday to build my fence. The crew leader calls me and says his post hole digger is broken and they wont be coming that day to set the posts. I told him to rent one,he didnt seem to care. I called Bill (the owner) and relayed the conversation. He said he had a digger in his garage and didn't understand the problem. They finally showed up 6:30 pm while we were eating dinner and started work. They got all the old fence out and set the posts and finished right at dark. I had to let them use my come-along to remove the old fence posts because they didn't even have one.They were supposed to come back monday late,I told Travis (the crew leader) to come back tuesday instead. I took off work on tuesday to be there while they were working. Again they show up at 6:00 at night after my waiting all day and losing a days pay at my job. They didn't bring enough supplys to finish the job and told me that they needed more time to build the 2 gates. I have never seen anyone use a CHAINSAW to cut boards to build a fence. All the stringers to hang the slats to were cut wiith a chainsaw. all the slats were cut with a chainsaw. No tablesaw or even circular saw was ever used. Even when they came back to CUSTOM build my gates all the pieces were built with a chainsaw. It looks like it!! It took 3 more trips coming back and telling me they dont have enough slats left to finish my fence and they ordered the wrong drop rod for my large gate and it will be here soon and they will finish. They finally finished on the 15th of April ,I had 2 boards that still needed replaced because they had Knot holes in them also they were supposed to order some long boards to replace 7 boards where there is a dip in my yard and theres a gap under the fence. Also they were supposed to leave me some extras in case some warped or broke,I would have matching pieces . They take my messages but never call me back. I made a bad mistake by paying them the full amount when they were done. If I would have made the last check 300 dollars short they would come back. My friends father was going to have his fence built by the same company as me. He called Bill after I had mine built and said that he wasn't happy how I was treated. He was there when they showed up late and wasnt happy either. Joe cancelled his $3300 dollar fence job and Bill really didn't seem to care??? In this recession,there are alot of people who would love the work...He didn't care at all. Watch out for B&B fence and his crew of Redneck fence builders. DO NOT PAY THEM UNTILL YOU HAVE IT EXACTLY THE WAY IT SHOULD BE !!!!!

They were not on time to do the services asked of them. They were professional while they worked. The quality of their work was good. I would not use them in the future.

THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE DONE BY JULY 4TH, BUT IT TOOK THEM ALL OF JULY TO FINISH. WE NEEDED THE POOL FENCED IN BECAUSE WE HAVE KIDS. IT WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. IT WAS AWFUL AND IT REALLY SUCKED. THEY WOULDN'T RESPOND TO OUR PHONE CALLS.
