I called and left a voicemail for someone to call me back about opening a 15 foot above ground pool. No one called back. The next week I called them and talked to a person and they were not taking any new customers.

Pretty well, they were knowledgable

Everything went fine and everything was well explained by the lady running the crew. Much more thorough than other companies that I have used who have left things undone or done incorrectly. The older companies that did work on my pool seem to be in too much of a hurry or send out crews that are new and not properly trained.

When I called for service, I told them I had a salt water pool and that I wanted the pool opened. They asked what chemicals I needed and I said I didn't know as it would depend on the water testing when the pool was opened. Well, their definition of opening a pool is to take the cover off, put all plugs in the filtration system and tell me that when the water level is high enough, I could just turn it on. They didn't clean, they didn't test the water, etc. When I called back, they told me they didn't do salt water pools. Well, I can tell you from experience, they dont do much at all.

I am using them again this year.

Service performed as promised and in a timely fashion

When we go into the store for chemicals and quidance on taking care of the pool, they always remember us and know about our pool before we give them our name or address. Very helpful and informative.

I really like them. They are professional and efficient. They are willing to shape their services to fit your needs.

They've been doing this job for me for about ten years. So I'm satisfied with them I guess. They are timely. They do what needs to be done for a reasonable rate. I've had others as well. The price was some where around $175 but it was less than $200. Their price is a little high. People have done the job for me for less money but they didn't do it right. Their quality of work was excellent. I intend to use their services again in the future.
