 + 0 moreVery personable and nice. However the workmanship was very very poor. I believe, Larry offered a design which was beyond their capability to perform. Giving us a rounded upper level was beyond their expertise. Lighting was half finished and job got more and more rushed as it went on perhaps due to poor scheduling? Our lights are still not finished after many many calls to them and most of the joints are far from butting on both deck levels. That is the most glaring mistake they made. Boards on railing are sagging, splitting and joints are stressed. Nails are sticking out everywhere. Dangerous and we must keep pulling and replacing as best we can. I made the mistake of paying them the final payment with one day of work left. They still had the rest of the lighting to do and other cleanup issues to finish. Unfortunately that is my fault but I thought they would surely be back the last day to finish up but NOT. Overall a very bad experience and very noticeable poor craftsanship.
Description of Work: 1.- Their job was to build a new upper deck and stairs down to the lower deck which was also to be rebuilt and expanded with the addition of railings and more new steps down to the lawn. 2.- They were also to install deck lighting and add a support under a utility shed at one end of the lower deck.
