It was fine. He did a pretty good job. He did not arrive quickly as we intended him to arrive but he did a pretty good work on job. He had good creative ideas, things that we did not have any idea about. I was satisfied with the job.

Lance was on time and went right to work after discussing our wish list. The job took 3 days and we did the seal work. We could not be happier with the finished product. We had used Lance before for our kitchen/foyer project and again he did a beautiful job.

It was great having Lance and Landon recreate our bathroom per our specifications. They were very patient with our vision (we even specified exactly which tiles to place where!), and considerate of our lifestyle and home. The job took a little longer than originally quoted, but as usual there were a few complications which Lance expertly dealt with in stride, and without increasing the cost of the job. He is very experienced at his craft and the completed shower and surrounding room are beautiful. He is upfront and honest regarding any limitations (electricity and ceiling texture!) and arranged for the plumbing to be completed in a timely fashion. He did not waste materials and cleaned up every day. Lance made sure we understood how to keep the shower in good shape for the future and even came back a couple days after starting a new job elsewhere to complete little details. I feel confident he will provide any followup should it be needed, and we will be calling him for another job in a few months!

I got three different estimates and decided to go with Lance both because of confidence in quality of workmanship as well as price. We did have some scheduling issues between our two schedules, but they were easily remedied and everything was completed as promised.

It was excellent. He was here when he said he would be and he cleaned up fabulously. We were very pleased and it looks beautiful. It is beautifully laid down. He took a big rectangle out of the center of the floor and he did a fabulous job. Everything was done so neatly and precisely. He didn't chip any of the white tiles around the center of it. He did a great job. He wasn't the cheapest of the estimates we got, but he was in the ballpark. We talked about things and he did everything the way we wanted. His punctuality was wonderful and he was very professional. We were very happy.
