+ -1 moreArpin Van Lines - Greater Cincinnati Transfer it did not go very good. We used them within the last month. We spent over $12,000. We were not very happy with the first day of moving in the sense of wrapping and packaging and loading everything. up. They were not terribly efficient. Loading the truck to take the stuff to Arizona was fabulous, unloading was good, but the packaging was terrible. They did not seem to understand what they were supposed to do. Unfortunately there was a language barrier and unfortunately they were also getting very tired, they did not take any breaks. I know that they get paid by the hour and they have to get the job done, but the crew that loaded the truck actually took five minute breaks every once and a while with permission from their boss and they were more efficient and were a little bit more refreshed at times when they needed it to be. You really better check and see what kind of crew you are going to get, make sure there is no language barriers.
Description of Work: Arpin Van Lines - Greater Cincinnati Transfer they packaged and wrapped and moved a family member to Arizona. They loaded and unloaded. They wrapped everything, boxed everything and loaded and unloaded in Arizona.

+ -1 moreThe experience was good overall. The sales person was incredibly responsive, gave us a good quote, and had great service. We didn’t have any problems; everything went exactly as they said it would. The movers were careful and nothing was broken.

+ -1 moreOverall, it was good, but there was some miscommunications. They have a packing team and a moving team and the packing team came the day before, but kind of left the job undone. The next day the company had to send another packing company to finish the job which pushed the move back and I didn't end up getting unpacked until after midnight on the day of the move. Overall, they did a good job and there was no major damage, it was just an unexpected delay. I would probably not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Greater Cincinnati Transfer for a recent move from Cincinnati to Akron. They moved all of my belongings including a car. They were referred to me by a friend.

Description of Work: COMPANY MOVED MY MOTHER FROM A CONDO INTO A TWO-BEDROOM ASSISTED LIVING APARTMENT ON THE THIRD FLOOR. MOVE INCLUDED FURNITURE AND MANY BOXES.
