Description of Work: Mike White of Arbest Handyman Services has performed numerous repairs for our property, a large fully occupied commercial complex of 8 town homes. The cost of service listed is the typical hourly rate for labor. Mike has done tuck pointing, window screen repair, door repair, faucet replacement, through-wall AC removal and replacement, dryer vent cleaning, sink trap repair, drywall repair, sign post installation and many other day to day tasks needed for successful operation of a complex of this size. Arbest Handyman is always our first call.
