Master bath remodel began in March 2019 and was completed 7 months later. Some of this was due to an unexpected delay in delivery of our new vanity and Apollo's poor workmanship on a custom-made shower niche that ultimately was replaced by another contractor at our discretion. However, there was also inadequate planning, communication, follow-up and general coordination of work by Apollo throughout the project. Unfortunately, we paid the balance on the contract before the project was completed and some work was not done as agreed. We requested reimbursement of the cost for this work; however, our four attempts to address this with the owner went unanswered.
